Utter incompetents
Before receiving an item worth $110, i contacted them to ask if I could purchase a larger unit worth $200 instead and return the first at my expense, unopened, for a refund
They said it’s against their returns policy
These guys are a gift for their competitors and surely s winner of the most incompetent retailer of the year award
Avoid - there are plenty of good suppliers out thereI
I would give zero stars if it were possible

Excellent product, great service, exactly what I was after! Was able to easily navigate their website and find the specific product I was looking for (4TB Harddrive). They provided updates as t the progress of the order, and the estimated shipping and delivery times were accurate. Also, great customer service; ensuring I was able to find my desired product at a cheaper price to the sites. Definietly recommend!!

I-tech support are just not help full to say the least. I purchased 20 cables that were just under $200.00. Unfortunately the cables I order were incorrect. I tried to phone and speak to someone, but you cant. So I emailed i-tech support, who then replied with I quote

"We may not be able to accept returns due to wrong purchases or buyer's remorse. I will need to seek approval for non-fault returns and restocking fees may apply. Please advise the condition of the unit. Is it still in original sealed condition?

I checked how much the restocking fee was 30%, which is outrageous as the items were in stock and not a special order from the supplier. Plus I still want to purchase the correct cables.

Save your self the trouble and use someone else. I wont be using i-tech for anything.

I ordered the Elgato Cam Link 4K from i-Tech. Due to COVID-19 and the severe shortage of the item, it took about two months to arrive. i-Tech kept me informed and explained the reasons for the long delay. They were very professional and friendly. They offered me the opportunity to get a full refund, I opted to wait until the cam link became available. I received as expected. I highly recommend i-Tech.

Their website says 2 to 3 weeks back order and I’m still waiting for my 2 monitors after 5 weeks. No communication since I paid in full until I asked for an update and was told We're sorry to advise that Acer have change the ETA to TBA on your backorder item.
I asked if they could get me something similar or above for the same price but they said no and are willing to pay me back in full.
Will not be recommending or ordering from them again. Poor management.
Covid or no Covid you could have keep customers updated.

They are cheap and ship quickly. I have bought a number of Cisco switches from I-Tech now and have recived exactly what I've ordered, very quickly and at a good price. I also appreciate their rewards system, which I was initially unaware of but have since used to enjoy a reasonable saving on subsequent purchases.

I will purchase from I-tech again in the future

Item was on back order and arrived sooner than the estimated date. Product arrived well packaged and damage free. Will order from them again.

Terrible service. I bought a $250 Sonic monitor that did not work with a brand new laptop - I am told because the hdmi cable can not cope with a brand new hdmi to USB-c adaptor. They want me to keep it anyway. Their view - bad luck, buyer beware. They obviously don’t want to keep customers.

Took time due to COVID but came in one piece. Good communication throughout the whole process.

I was looking for a 4K dual monitor docking station (USB 3). I-Tech had it in stock, not many online shops had it. And they head the best price (including postage).
Delivery was quick. It was posted as soon as the money went in. I immediately got the notification about postage, including the tracking number.
Packaging was very good. Item in immaculate condition, as ordered.

Easy shopping experience, payment and timely & transparent delivery. Product well packaged and protected, as advertised.

Very happy with the product (HP Reverb Pro), great communication from i-Tech (especially given COVID-19), extremely fast delivery once product was available (initially on backorder from HP).
