If an ordered item isn't available, and has been discontinued, they will inform you, but keep your money. once contacted, they are happy to return it.

Very slow and poor delivery despite confirmation order would be shipped earlier.

Ok for ordering one or two items, they are not geared to support large quantities or volume purchase arrangements. Would not recommend for commercial organisations, ok for hobbyist’s.

Purchased a used MacBook and the computer arrived in terrible condition. Screen was damaged and case had a gouge in it and very scratched up. Returned the item on my dime ($25) after 10 back and forth emails in which they informed me that it was not their policy to pay for return shipping although the item was damaged beyond use. This was about my 10th purchase from itech (inc 2 prior MacBooks which were in decent shape). Ended up getting an out of box unused MacBook on eBay for the same price. Last time I will ever purchase anything from this company

I go to I-tech first for any technical items I need - they have an easy to navigate shop, great search engine, competitive prices and fast postage. I have purchased several times from them and all products are good brands and great quality.

Easy to navigate website with many payment options and quick processing with a prompt delivery. What more can one really ask for

Honest review:

Very poor customer service. Had to return the goods because the GPS was badly damaged and so the charger purchased from I-tech wasn’t required.
Returns of charger resulted in (1) me paying for delivery both ways (2) me being charged for GST for no transaction made (3) being told that they did not receive the delivery despite having a tracking number that clearly says that the goods have been delivered (4) telling me to lodge an investigation with Austpost (5) very slow in replying emails and always just giving excuses of ‘I’m just doing my job’ (6) taking 25 emails back and forth just to return a single item.
Overall very poor conduct. No customer should have to bear the cost of delivery for returns and no customer should feel like they are being undervalued. What a huge waste of time and money. The company statement includes “ our bottom line isn't just about dollars and cents. It's about the people we do business with -- our customers, coworkers and community members“ - If i-tech truly values customers and it’s not about dollars and cents, they would have accommodated for delivery of returns and provide a full refund including shipping and GST.

No customer should have to go through this much to return a product in perfect condition.

The ordered item (U-Green Apple Watch charger) was promptly dispatched and delivered with update from the supplier.
Excellent service, would purchase from here again if any thing required, heartily recommended
