Overall very good. The support team were excellent and responded very quickly to questions and proactively sent useful information at each stage. The automated aspects need some work, particularly the message system. All messages (sent and received) are stored in one box with no useful way of filtering. The info collected by the automated system is pretty useless and buyers don't have to include an email address, so you have to call some buyers back rather than sending out a prepared email.
Despite the faults with the automated features, we would use them again as the support team was very good. We had over 30 viewings, 14 offers (all over asking), and accepted an offer less than 2 weeks after listing.

We used I Am The Agent to let our property in January 2022, having previously used them in 2017.

The process was efficient and the support on both the listing and contract process was really appreciated.

We were able to get a strong list of potential tenants through the online advertisements and were really happy with the support from I Am The Agent.

We also obtained an EPC and reference checking service and these were good as well.

I sold our Home in 6 Days after putting it on line. I saved £1300- £2000 by using this service and was in control 1st hand so got things through quickly ( no middle man )
The staff at I Am The Agent had the chance to charge me more when I asked for advice
and they were really honest and advised I didn’t need to do anything else and I saved another £650 thanks to there honesty.
If you have IT skills this is the way to go.

I signed up to this service many months before I finally 'pressed the button' to put my property on the market.
The service provided is excellent, the support ever willing to go the 'extra mile', and has led to a successful 'sold subject to contract' position.
The beauty of this system, was the ability to market my property on those major recognised sites, change photos myself on the fly and for them to be 'live' within minutes.
One can work through the I Am The Agent site, or manage the interactions with interested parties directly, once validated by the site. No middleman to deal with. Be your own master. Talk with potential buyers direct, arrange viewings direct. even cancel a viewing if needs must, direct.
Just covid, solicitors, local authorities, mortgage brokers, and lenders to get through now.

This is the second time I have used I Am The Agent and will definitely be using them again. Fantastic value for money and I love the fact that you can be in control of everything 24 hours a day. Changing photos, instant messaging (not waiting for the estate agent to open for example) are just a couple of the features I love.

I'd have given 2.5 stars if I could. I chose IATA based on the good ratings, but I had a frustrating experience very similar to other online agents I've used. Communication by email is ok, but it's impossible (in my experience) to talk to anyone on the phone. The referencing service was good and speedy. However, there were fundamental errors in the tenancy agreement (including landlord and tenant names!) and it took a few goes to get it right and even then we inadvertently ended up signing the wrong version. IATA weren't at all proactive and seemed unwilling to be helpful. The "free" To Let board never arrived but I didn't need it anyway. If you prefer to do your own viewings (advisable when letting, I think) online agents are good value for money compared to high street agents who don't always get it right either. In future I'll buy the advertising-only package, pay separately for referencing, and do the tenancy agreement myself.

Currently using this service for the second time to rent my flat. Website is very easy to navigate and it's really easy to create A a listing and manage. The customer service team have been really helpful when I've contacted them. They get your listing onto the right websites to generate interest but it's so much more reasonable price wise than the commercial agents who take a significant portion of rent just for finding tenants. Would highly recommend to any landlord who is willing to do their own viewings and just needs to get the listing to the right people

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with. I did everything online through their extremely easy to use website but had one quick question so I sent an email expecting a reply first thing on Monday, And then moments later, quite late on a Friday night I was getting replies and a few moments later, my listings were all literally showing on Zoopla, Rightmove, Prime Location. Very very pleased!😀
