I used this app to sell my property. I was pleasantly surprised. They have multiple services that give you control of some of the annoying parts of selling your home. Will definitely use it again.

Poor service and impossible to get in touch with

We tried to use I Am The Agent for a sale. The whole model seems to be geared towards rentals and good reviews relate to that side of the business. We struggled to get viewings and the people who came for viewings told us they had to persevere to get through to IATA to view our property. We also found it very difficult to get hold of them. In the end we just went with another estate agent who sold our property within days for the same price. A real shame about the service.

Highly recommended

What a brilliant service. Great value for money, the ads generated lots of interest in our property and we've now got a really nice tenant. We had a really bad recent experience recently with a high street estate agents and this was so much better at a fraction of the price. It made me wonder why we'd paid so much commission in the past for a rubbish service. Definitely recommend.

Just what I need

Can't fault this service which is perfect for me as a small landlord. I don't want to pay £600 to a traditional agent when I can do it much cheaper here, and equally importantly, I'd rather look directly into my potential tenant's eyes rather than rely on various references supplied by people who won't be carrying the can when things go wrong. I offer good houses to good people, so I Am The Agent gets those good tenants directly to me for very modest money.

Top quality service

Top quality service. Really easy process. Never had to wait long to speak to someone whenever needed to contact the I am the agent team. Highly recommend these guys, particularly in a competitive market.

Great job done by I Am The Agent

We just dealt with I Am The Agent for the first time and we are incredibly pleased. Moving houses is always a stressful time, but Claire and Harriet did a wonderful job! It honestly is our first positive experience in dealing with estate agents, ever. Therefore, we would recommend them 100%!

I have chosen I am the Agent to let my property. I am very pleased with the out come. Pretty easy process from start to finish especially if you love being independent and cost effective too.

My experience with I Am The Agent was very pleasant. Lynton, the agent in charge of negotiations with us, was very attentive to our needs and engaged with the whole process from start to finish, always guiding us through the way and replying to our every query immediately. With a very professional attitude Lynton provided us with the necessary attention to go forward with the process and conclude it properly, going even beyond his duties in order to reassure us, all the while being friendly and diplomatic.

Great company used for over 7 years


Great company used for over 7 years (sorry I have taken an age to post), always on hand to help, great team, reliable and get results. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer, I have used larger brands (that have had millions) and cheaper competitors and they were incomparable to I Am The Agent on service levels and results I have over 17 properties and would always use them. You guys save me a lot of time and money!!

Once again an excellent service from IATA. Property uploaded to Rightmove first thing in the morning and by noon the same day was shaking hands with new tenant. Couldn't ask fo rmore.

Amazing service, don’t think twice!

I decided to give a chance to I am The Agent to let out our property in London. And I am so glad I did that instead of any real estate agency as everything went so smoothly with a very small charge. We got an offer for the asking price on the day and everything was sorted in a week.
It was my first time letting out a property so was a little nervous but Kris and Lynton has been very professional and helpful throughout the process. They responded to all my questions so quickly and in a very informative manner, I was very impressed. I bought the whole shebang and also inventory service they provide. They did a very thorough job on credit checks and prepared a good tenancy agreement where you can make amendments if you would like. Inventory clerk was very good and detailed too. Our tenants were very happy with their service as well. I couldn’t have asked for more. I would recommend them to anyone and hope they keep up the amazing work they do. Thank you Kris and Lynton!
