Communication excellent,
Minibus immaculate, drivers really friendly and helpful

Ibiza transfers were absolutely fantastic, so good to communicate with, always on time and lovely spacious immaculate vehicles, would only use them now when in Ibiza!

We used the service to get to and from the airport in Ibiza. From the moment we booked we were provided with detailed instructions.
On both occasions the driver's were punctual and professional.
We would highly recommend Ibiza Transfers and we will definitely use them again.

Great service nothing was too much for Jason. When I needed to change times he immediately replied. A very friendly driver waiting at the airport. The hotel pickup to Airport was brilliant never had to wait for driver (unlike many other companies I have used). Most certainly would recommend Ibiza Transfers.

We used Ibiza Transfers for a girls trip with a group of 10, both for our airport transfers and a few journeys around the island during our stay. I highly recommend their service. Communication with Jason and Nanda was smooth, clear, and reliable both before we arrived and while we were in Ibiza. Our driver was ready and waiting at arrivals when we landed, and the minibuses throughout our trip were clean, punctual, and comfortable. We’ll definitely be booking with Ibiza Transfers again the next time we visit!

Jason and Nanda were so helpful and great when planning transportation to and from the airport for my group! Their communication was excellent and even answered me during their off hours, which I appreciate due to the different time zones. Their prices were also more affordable than all other companies that I've seen. Definitely book with them!

Excellent service
Was met at the airport as told with my name on a board. 15 of us in total plus luggage, including 2 children and 6 month old baby. We had booked return and was text the day before departure with a time of pick up from hotel.
Will definitely use again

We booked Ibiza transfers for a trip too and from the airport. And I can’t recommend them enough! Our driver Danny was waiting for us in arrivals and helped us with our luggage as we have 5 kids so a lot of luggage! He also helped the kids in the mini bus and offered them a sweet each. When we booked originally communication was brilliant with quick professional responses! I could give 10 stars easily for this company and we have planned to travel to Ibiza again next May and will be definitely using them again for this trip.

Ibiza transfers were amazing. Easy to make an enquiry, quick quote turnaround and booking was confirmed very quickly.

Payment to be made when you meet the driver at your destination. Which let’s face it, with the upfront cost of a holiday it is nice to be able to spread costs. They were very competitive, their service swung it for us.

We were late to arrivals lounge because of a baggage belt issue, our driver was nearly finished his shift. I was contacted and reassured them of the issue. The driver was easily identified, very professional and assisted with baggage.

The van was very clean and the car seat (all in one, 0-4 type) which I had requested was clean and in very good condition. I double checked all the fittings and found it to be secured very well. This was something that I had a bit of a worry over, but I was delighted.

We received very clear communication of our return trip to the airport the afternoon before we flew and our driver was again very courteous, the van and car seat were of the same standard as the earlier transfer.

My experience was fantastic and Borja was extremely fun, helpful and a great driver. He always recommended us great places to eat and visit and He made our trip very enjoyable and i really recommend this company!!

Great communication and helpful answering questions. Driver was ready and waiting for us when we arrived, vehicle was large, clean and comfortable and well driven by our welcoming driver. We arrived at the accommodation earlier than expected! Pickup time was a similar experience, on time and got us to the airport nice and early. Will recommend to friends and family and will definitely use you again when we visit Ibiza in the future.

Prompt & reliable service
I booked a transfer from Ibiza airport to my accommodation. The driver was waiting for me with my name on a sign. No issues finding the remote villa.
Communication prior to confirming the booking was first class. When I landed I was sent a WhatsApp too in case I couldn’t locate the driver. Pricey if you’re on your own, but well worth it if you want to make sure you have a lift quickly or if you have little ones.
