formal complaint
The driver did not drop me at my hotel, I had to pay for another taxi as it was steep and unsafe with my suitcases. I have a bad back and knee in general. The driver was extremely rude and threw my suitcases on the floor. I am not happy with the customer service and I would not use this service again and do not recommend it to anyone.

We are very sorry to read this review, especially as it is an inaccurate recollection of what happened.
When you confirmed your booking, you were advised by email in your booking confirmation on 02/04/2025 @ 17:32 of the following:
"Your drop off / pick up point is MP6 (meeting point 6)
"As instructed by the San Antonio municipal council, we now have designated “meeting points” for certain hotels, apartments and hostals in the San Antonio/San Antonio Bay area. Where we drop you off, is also your departure pick up point if you have a return transfer booked with us.
MP6 is a few minutes walk from your accommodation: Click here for a Google Maps link or Click here for a Google Maps photo"
When you called on the day, you were walking to your hotel (not in another taxi). We tried to explain to you that for this hotel there is a dedicated meeting point, and this would be the same booking through any other transport provider, and that was advised in your boking confirmation, but you put the phone down on us.
We received a note on the day from the transport provider that you demanded the driver take you to the hotel door. Whilst the driver correctly told you that was not possible, we refute your claim that the driver was rude and threw your suitcases to the floor, As you can see from the other reviews on here, that would be completely out of character.
You have since sent us several e-mails to us demanding compensation, whilst you may not have been happy with the short walk to your accommodation, we do not feel any compensation or refund is due, as we have provided you exactly what we said we would.

We asked for a quote and were answered by return. Payment in advance was easy although not necessary. Efficient and timely transfers to and from the resort with friendly and helpful drivers. We would highly recommend this company.

This company does exactly what it says on the tin
This company does exactly what it says on the tin. Communication is excellent from start to finish and the price was reasonable (for Ibiza!). Our driver was waiting with a clear sign on arrival, the process was exactly as described in the email. The departure pick up was on time albeit a little earlier than advised in our text the evening before. Highly recommended and would certainly use again.

Awful Customer Service
Booked online then called to confirm, was told I would get an email confirmation if they were able to find a driver. Email confirmation of my booking was received shortly after
Inexplicably they then sent another email 30 mins later saying that because I had not reconfirmed my booking it was being cancelled. No mention either on the phone or the email that I would need to reconfirm, they could have also called me if they wanted confirmation.
I also emailed back immediately querying this but received no reply
Luckily I checked my emails so was able to make alternative plans, very surprised to see all these 5 star reviews, personally would never use again or recommend

Hi Neil,
When we send the booking confirmation, we do ask clients to reconfirm—please check the confirmation email sent—no later than 24 hours before their flight to confirm they are still arriving as planned.
As we did not receive a response from you within this timeframe, the reservation was automatically cancelled by our transport provider.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Unfortunately, once the cancellation occurs, there is physically nothing more we can do to reinstate the booking.
We appreciate your understanding and are sorry that your experience did not meet expectations.

On time, polite driver and comfortable transfer
First time to Ibiza on a family holiday and using Ibiza Transfers. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone. Driver was waiting on us upon arrival at the airport with our name on a tablet device and got us to our destination safely. Our collection on the night of our departure was perfect as well and even arrived 10mins early which was great.
I looked across various transfer websites before deciding on Ibiza Transfers as my only concern was getting me and my family to our destination safely and the reviews of this company left by others was my experience as well, a great service.
When we return to Ibiza later this year or next summer, we will 100% be using Ibiza Transfers.

I cannot recommend these guys more highly. They were extremely responsive and helpful during the booking process and, to be eternal embarrassment, I made a litany of errors throughout, and they dealt with them speedily, efficiently and patiently. Service was way beyond expectations!
