IC Property are a excellent company who understand the market and are prepared to go the extra mile to please all their customers in a very demanding market place.

They have been managing my properties for 10 years and I cannot praise them enough for their swift response to issues and keeping my involvement at a very low level.

The team in the office are very friendly and courteous (especially Jessica Gumus) to ensure they maintain the company standards and professionalism.

An absolute pleasure to deal with this agency. I’d always used larger chain agents to manage my properties until several years ago when IC Property was recommended to me. Somehow they manage to retain the professional and knowledgeable aspects you need from agent without
A) charging you a fortune
B) losing the ‘personal’ touch
Really reassuring to have the balance of old fashioned values with modern day offerings. Have recommended to friends and family and they have all been impressed too.
I honestly hated estate agents until I met Kevin- he is a breath of fresh air and second to none on his industry knowledge. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else!

From the first day I went to IC PROPERTY in search of rental accomodation I was pleasantly greeted by Murat Topcuoglu. He was friendly, listened to what I was ideally looking for and promptly gave me suitable options to meet my requirements, ideas and personality (taking into consideration other housed tenants). I made a decision and signed to move in fairly quickly. The support given upon moving in, ease of communication with Murat and friendliness was mostly what led to the decision; as well as the property itself. The kindness and professionalism continued throughout my move, if and when any issues have arose where I needed his support and does to this day.
I would recommend Murat to go to see if any friends were seeking rental or homes.
