Michael was my lecturer for Advanced Diploma in Addiction Studies. He is such a good teacher, and I loved my experience. I am going to look into doing at least 3 more courses. David

I attended lectures from this company and they were delivered very well with excellent material. The opportunity to learn and the provision of material is excellent and the tutors are prepared to go above and beyond to help their students.

Facilitator was very good at including all the students, made a point of creating a very equal space. Theory was broken down and was made very practical and lots of the lived experiences were utilised to enhance it

Was apprenshive before I joined the online course however after the first night within minutes of our lecturer John, I knew I had made the right decision, the group,and the content were made all the more comfortable by John who set the most supportive tone. 😀

I recently completed the Professional Dip. in Addiction Studies.
The course was very organised. The content was challenging but made very accessible by Dr. Michael McArdle.
A course that is essential for working in the field of addiction, or for those who wish to educate themselves on the topic

The course I took was excellent. Well informed and well taught. Lecturer Mike was more than happy to answer any questions raised and strongely encouraged class participation with many discussions :)

I really enjoyed the Compassionate Mindful Resilience (CMR) course. It gave me useful tools to manage stress and build resilience in a way that felt very practical and easy to apply. The sessions were relaxed and supportive, and I found the practices helped me feel more grounded and aware in everyday life. Overall, it was a really positive and valuable experience for me

I completed the CMR training course and I found it very beneficial both personally and professionally. Michael was a great trainer and was able to hold space for us and make the sessions interesting and fun. He is very approachable and passionate about what he teaches.

I’ve just started the CMR course and my first impressions are very positive. The sign-up process was straightforward, and I received clear instructions to access the platform. The mix of written and visual content makes the learning more engaging. The staff are hands on, they are at reach when I have any queries. I’m feeling confident about the journey ahead and look forward to progressing through the rest of the course.

I’ve been seeing Mike for about six months, and it’s honestly made a huge difference. He’s super easy to talk to, never judgmental, and has this calm way of breaking things down so they actually make sense. What’s been especially helpful is that he doesn’t just listen, he also shares tools, resources, and studies that help me understand myself better and work through stuff on my own too. I’m starting to feel better than I did. If you’re looking for someone thoughtful, grounded, and genuinely helpful, I can’t recommend Mike enough.

Michael helped me navigate some hard times and asked questions that I never really considered or likely avoided. Very easy to open up to and was always willing to make himself available at short notice.

Michael has provided fantastic psychotherapy over the last few weeks. I attended Michael for ADHD symptoms. We have built a great foundation over the sessions. I really enjoy the practical element of his sessions, it has helped rewire from longterm habits. His approach is subtle, so you don’t feel interrogated and analysed. The sessions feel like a chat but the results begin to show for themselves.
One of the things that separated Michael is he is constantly learning and studying his craft. This alongside his experience makes him exceptional at providing help because it’s never linear when it comes to mental health!
