Estremamente utili, buona la risoluzione video e audio, consumo irrisorio.
Ne ho tre, una esterna a batteria e due interne a corrente; la batteria di quella esterna dura almeno 60 giorni.
Inoltre l'assistenza risponde via email in giornata e sono gentilissimi e disponibili.

What a useless and terrible company. I should of checked trustpilot before placing my order. 7 days no order 4 emails no reply .they have no phone number so you can't call them. They do not reply to emails DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS USELESS COMPANY.

Ho acquistato questa telecamera con aspettative ragionevoli, ma mi sono trovato davanti a un prodotto gravemente carente sotto ogni aspetto.

Problemi principali riscontrati:
- Pannello solare inadeguato: Sottodimensionato e incapace di mantenere la batteria carica nonostante l'esposizione H24 al sole.
- **Funzioni di rilevamento fallate**: L'esclusione delle aree non funziona, rendendo inutili le notifiche (continui falsi allarmi).
- Assistenza incompetente: Hanno suggerito di disabilitare le funzioni principali anziché risolvere i problemi!
- Mancanza di app Windows: Incredibilmente, nel 2025 non offrono un'applicazione dedicata per PC.

Considerazioni finali:
Questo acquisto si è rivelato uno spreco di denaro. Come installatore professionale con anni di esperienza, posso affermare che marchi come Reolink offrono:
• Pannelli solari efficienti
• Software affidabile con app complete (mobile e Windows)
• Assistenza tecnica competente

Giudizio finale:
Prodotto gravemente difettoso, sconsigliato a professionisti e privati. Valutate alternative più serie prima di acquistare

iGeek's website says 'making security simpler' - that could not be further from the truth. I have spent hours trying to get these cameras to work - it's like what self-assembly furniture used to be like in the 80s - AWFUL. Or maybe the tech and software were designed by sixth-formers.

If you're thinking of buying from iGeek - my recommendation is DON'T! You have better things to do with your time.

Bought 2 wireless doorbells, was stated that they provided 30 days free cloud storage. This is lies and they then ask you for a huge fee for storage. Tried to complain to them but their website just just blocks one.

I bought 2 iGeek wireless batter cameras with solar panels. A truly excellent camera, easy to install and operate. I have now bought 4 more and continue to be extremely satisfied. A great product. B. C Dublin

Last autumn I bought 2 battery powered ptz cameras with pv panels.

Installed them and they worked fine. However, earlier this year I noticed one was losing battery power fairly quickly. I tried the usual fixes - recharging from mains, cleaning pv panel, checking connection etc - to no avail. Last Monday I emailed customer service and by the following Friday i had a full replacement. Excellent service.

Lack of service.
My outdoor camera was working on the balcony. The camera was fine until it was damaged. Because of the low efficiency of the solar panel to power it, I connected a fixed power supply to the camera. Unfortunately, strong winds and movement of the power cord damaged the power socket. I reported the problem to iGeek because the camera was 10 months old. The service replied that they would analyze the problem and that was it. I have not heard from them again. Despite subsequent reports, there was no response. It's been almost 2 months without a response. Irresponsible company with no interest in their products. Pity.

My camera was easy to set up and mount.i have a video doorbell, but igeek 2k camera's pictures were clearer, I will add a solar panel at sometime but after 2 months it's still live.i am disabled so being able to see who has tripped the camera is a bonus and i can activate the cameras spotlight or the siren.my quote I had from a security company was ridiculous.i don't usually write reviews, but this camera is five stars from me.☆☆☆☆☆

Appareil (caméra de surveillance extérieure) acheté sur AMAZON sans problème mais relation commerciale fantaisiste, pour ne pas dire plus. Igeek vous promet l'envoi d'un cadeau (que vous choisissez) en échange d'une appréciation, ce que j'ai fait plusieurs fois sur Amazon; En principe, le vendeur (iGeek) les reçoit par AMAZON mais celui-ci dit ne rien recevoir. Prétexte pour ne pas donner suite à sa promesse de cadeau.

A fantastic security camera for a very reasonable price. It includes a voice and siren alert, wide field vision which is very clear, and a bright white light activated by pre set times. The best thing about this company is their customer support, which is second to none. They respond quickly and work hard to overcome any issues. I would totally recommend this company for Security cameras.

Dopo molte ricerche ho acquistato sei videocamere di questo brand, per la sorveglianza del mio appartamento e di quello di mia madre.
I dispositivi sono a mio avviso i migliori sul mercato, con batterie la cui ricarica dura circa tre mesi e un'app molto completa e funzionale.
Anche il servizio di assistenza è ottimo e le ultime videocamere le ho acquistate direttamente sul loro sito con una comunicazione costante del personale.
Sono veramente molto soddisfatto e credo che anche in futuro acquisterò soltanto videocamere di marchio igeek.

I purchased a iG Geek ZS-GQ1 Battery camera. What a fantastic devise it was so simple to set up and install, the picture quality is amazing. We are so pleased we will be ordering one for the backyard. Highly recommended
