Urgent Assistance Given
I work in a GP surgery as an admin/medical secretary and had a great service from a person named 'Ben'. I have submitted a ticket on the website for a call back to have IGPR installed and have found myself needing to do urgent requests for my role. I have given their line a call and was serviced quite quickly, efficiently and with no pressure being put on me at all. There were only 3 people in the que and waiting time was very short.

Efficient service & saves time for GP's
IGPR has really helped us save GP time and has provided an efficient service. All medical reports are sent out within 1 month of receiving and if there are any issues, the staff at IGPR are always willing to help. Long time user of IGPR within clinical setting. Called to get help installing IGPR to a new PC. Spoke to Tom, extremely helpful, set everything up that was needed, showed me how to use the "Build your own Report" which we have not used before but can see it being used for sure in the near future.

Tom from iGPR phoned me to say we had lost connectivity. He tried to help with using a link and token to reconnect this. However the IT system we have would not allow. After arranging for this to happen with my IT Dept, Tom rang back to check all was up and running again. We then checked details on the system to see details were up-to-date. There was long wait to get through to the advisor but once I was connected, Advisor was very helpful, polite and sorted my issue and I would highly recommend them. Excellent service apart from long wait but I rather wait for long for a good service . Worth the wait.
