He tenido que cambiar mi reseña.

Me tengo que realizar una segunda rinoplastia porque la primera no quedó bien y además no me están avisando de nada (pruebas previas a la operación, llamada anestesista, volantes y papeles necesarios, hora de la intervención, etc). Para todo estoy teniendo que llamarles y mandarles mensajes de manera insistente, cuando con la primera operación todo esto ni lo tuve que pedir.

Hubo un día que me enfadé mucho porque ya había pagado la segunda intervención y ni me avisaron de que el pago se había efectuado de manera correcta, ni me mandaron el volante de las pruebas ni nada.
Les mandé un whatsapp muy enfada y al día siguiente me llamaron dándome explicaciones y contándome cosas de la clínica que no venían al caso.

Ahora que me voy a realizar la segunda intervención, qué pasa con los masajes que me vendieron y me di para la primera recuperación post-operación? Porque el mismo día que me quitaron la férula y salí mareada no perdieron la oportunidad de abordarme y venderme 8 masajes faciales que supuestamente me iban a ayudar mucho con la inflamación y con que no me saliesen cayos por 600€.

La atención de la primera operación fue genial, la de la segunda está siendo una basura.

A ver qué tal sale mañana mi segunda operación.

ACTUALIZACIÓN DESPUÉS DE CASI 1 MES DESPUÉS DE LA OPERACIÓN:

Lo primero mencionar que, efectivamente no recibí ninguna llamada de la anestesista. Aún no habiendo entrado ninguna llamada en mi teléfono y pudiendo demostrarlo, la señora anestesista estuvo insistiéndome en qué sí que me había llamado, hasta muy pocos minutos antes de dormirme para empezar la 0peraci0n. Esto me parece de vergüenza.

Lo segundo, decir que la férula se me escurrió y quitó prácticamente sola.

Lo tercero, cuando me operé por primera vez me insistieron en que darme los masajes anteriormente mencionados eran muy importantes para que no me salieran cayos ni fibrosis. Pq me he tenido que operar esta segunda vez? Por cayos y fibrosis.

El cuarto punto, muy unido al punto 3, es que en la primera operación se me incluían 2 masajes con la propia operación (los otros 8 masajes son los que cuestan 600€). Bueno, pues esta vez ni esos dos están incluidos.
Acaso no me pueden salir cayos y dar fibrosis esta vez? No lo sé Rick, esto me parece bien raro.

Además hablo con la clínica y están muy poco receptivos. Parece que los pacientes a los que nos tienen que operar de nuevo somos pacientes de segunda.

Aquí sigo con la nariz torcida, espero que esta vez no me salgan cayos y fibrosis.

I left a review back in October after having four implant sockets fitted and teeth removed.

Ezgi, my English interpreter, asked which tooth style I preferred from a wide selection.
There were around 12 different styles and many colour options available.

I asked for Dt Buse’s recommendation, as she carries out this work every day.
She suggested a Hollywood smile in shade 52 white.

Looking at the final result, I believe she made the perfect choice.

During my first visit, I noticed other patients returning to the hotel with their new teeth.
In my opinion, some had chosen styles that looked too large or too white.

There are many dental practices in Turkey.
I chose this clinic because my brother, Heath, had treatment here two years ago.

He carried out extensive research, and his results have been excellent with no issues since.

I would highly recommend this clinic.
The equipment is modern, there is an on-site laboratory, and the staff are professional and well presented.

The entire clinic is spotless and very well organised.

Experiencia nefasta.
Me hice una liposucción y he tenido muchos problemas. No me han dado soluciones ni se han preocupado, les interesa poco la salud del paciente. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Mucha publicidad que es lo único que les importa.

Mi experiencia completa en la Clínica Iván Mañero

Me hice una reducción de pecho en la clínica y tuve muchas complicaciones. Después de la cirugía, uno de mis pezones sufrió necrosis y el pecho quedó desigual, con uno más grande que el otro. Por eso tuve que volver a operarme pagando el quirófano yo misma. En esa operación me cambiaron la prótesis por una que no era la que tenía originalmente. También me tatué el pezón en la misma clínica, pero quedó torcido.

En la misma operación me hice un lifting de cuello, que me dejó fibrosis; también tuve que pagar para tratar los bultos que aún tengo. Además, en quirófano me quemaron la espalda.

Tiempo después, hablé con el Dr. Gómez —un médico muy atento y de total confianza, por eso decidí operarme con él— para corregir una deformidad en el pecho que apareció tras una caída. A la vez, iba a hacerme una abdominoplastia porque, tras adelgazar, me quedó la barriga flácida.

Me hicieron pruebas médicas y me llamaron para repetirlas, pero sin darme explicaciones claras. En consulta, me comunicaron que era positiva en VIH. Esto fue tras hacerme dos analíticas en semanas diferentes: la primera salió positiva y la segunda negativa. La clínica ya sabía ambos resultados, pero solo me dijeron que era positiva, me hablaron de tratamientos y de posponer la operación hasta que bajara la carga viral.

Me derivaron a mi médico de cabecera, y por mi cuenta me hice cinco PCR (que pagué yo) y todas salieron negativas. Tengo una enfermedad autoinmune, que puede influir en los resultados, pero la clínica no consideró esto.

Durante todo ese proceso pasé 15 días con ansiedad y mucho daño psicológico. Cuando hablé con el Dr. Gómez, me dijo que quizás con los nervios entendí mal, pero sé perfectamente lo que me dijeron y cómo me afectó. Al reclamar, me respondieron que “es el protocolo decirlo así”, pero un protocolo que causa tanto daño sin confirmación ni apoyo emocional no es aceptable.

Esta experiencia me ha dejado secuelas físicas y emocionales muy difíciles. Comparto mi caso para que la clínica tome responsabilidad y revise sus protocolos, y para que otras personas puedan tomar decisiones informadas.

The people who work there are very friendly. The doctor who did my surgery is very skilled. But when you call for a nurse, sometimes they take a long time before they show up.

Bona tarda, la meva experiència amb la Dra. Andres i el seu equip, tant anestesia com infermeria de quiròfan , Alba San Epifanio, són els millors, professionals, empàtics, et cuiden ençà que entrés per la porta, en recepció Tania, les infermeres de planta, atentes, respectuoses, afectuoses, instal·lacions brutals amb tota comoditat, dinar bo, no sembla d'hospital, el servei de rehabilitació pendent de tu amb l'Anaïs per tenir una bona recuperació. Amb el meu cas va ser un canvi de implant que portava feia 15 anys i em van realitzar una mastopèxia. Ho recomanaria 100% , gràcies IM Clínic, Sant Cugat!

Han intervenido a mi hija y mi experiencia ha sido fantástica...el equipo médico pendiente de ella y con mucha empatía ...que se agradece porque llegan a la persona y les ayuda a seguir con el proceso.
A nivel de enfermería no puedo decir sino lo mismo...además yo soy enfermera y me da mucho orgullo poder ver cómo han tratado y acompañado a mi hija!

I had my penile inversion vaginoplasty performed by Dr. Labanca in May 2023.

I contacted several clinics in August 2022 to plan my GRS in 2023. After some initial communication, I narrowed it down to two clinics, and I selected IM Clinic due to the location (Europe), a competitive price level, good reviews (both online reads and through direct contact with former patients) and the quality of the communication.

When you contact the IM Clinic, you get assigned a patient coordinator that follows you through the whole process. In my case, lovely Aida has been my single point of contact from the very beginning, and she is just fantastic in the way she answers all questions, facilitates and coordinates. We used WhatsApp, and it is a really efficient way to communicate. Perhaps my most memorable message from our communication is the message I received as I boarded my flight to Barcelona. I want to have control, and I tend to ask many questions, so the final message I received was just gold for me at that time: “Don't worry about a thing ... chill, you've got enough on your plate”. The whole process before the surgery was really assuring and good.

When I arrived at the clinic, I was met by Aida, and she made sure everything was ok and also followed me to my room. And the room, and the clinic in general, really needs to be mentioned. It´s a hotel. That also do surgery. It´s a beautiful place that is made to make you comfortable. And it really does that.

After check in, I had a pre check and was prepared for the surgery the next day. I had my surgery in the afternoon, and everything went well. I spent the next seven days in the clinic to rest and heal, and it was just a beautiful stay and experience, where I was well taken care of by the nurses and all the other friendly staff. Also the food was great, I had no pain, and life really just smiled. On day 5, my best friend came to the clinic and stayed with me. Her stay was included in the price I paid. After checking out from the clinic, I moved into an apartment 5 minute walk from the clinic. I stayed there two more weeks to just relax and continue the healing process. On the last day, I had an appointment with Dr. Labanca to check up on me. Everything looked great and worked as it should, no complications.

At the time of this writing, it has been a bit more than two months since my surgery, and I live my daily life more or less as normal. Some new routines of course related to dilating, but that really is no problem. I have just adapted those activities to my life, and it will eventually be a routine that only needs to be done once a week. Also, I still have regular communication and follow up meetings with Dr. Labanca to check how things are going. That is very good and reassuring, and we will continue to have those meetings for a year.

A final note on some important success criteria. Make sure that you are in good physical and mental shape, and also, please follow the instructions you receive from the clinic.

So all in all, you are well taken care of through the whole process by a very professional team, the place is beautiful and the surgery result has exceeded my expectations, both in form and function.

Dr Rosell is a very very very good plastic surgeon I have no words to express how cosmetically he made my body feminine and beautiful. I had 3 body area liposuction, fat sculpting and fat transfer to create the classical Marilyn Munroe hourglass shape. Dr Rosell is an architect and a sculptor in cosmetic surgery. The result was instant after surgery and I was so happy I chose him again and a big thank you again.

On the day of my surgery I met Dr Rosell and he already knew what I wanted before I explained it all, which was pretty incredible. As he explained the surgery he would mark my body for surgery. Also, I raised all of my concerns and he showed great interest, which he listened and gave me reassurance and confidence. After the surgery I had a preview of the work performed and a few days later I saw my body without the corset and I was so happy. Also, I received plenty of aftercare.

Furthermore, Aida the International Patient Director and Coordinator of IM Clinic is so caring, kind and helpful in every way possible. This included meeting online, email, Whatsapp messages and all the way through until the day my flight arrived in Barcelona. Also, she was there all the way through including after my surgery and has been there after I arrived back in the UK.

Also, all the medical staff, nurses and catering staff has been caring and so helpful, so a big thank you.

The IM Clinic is like a luxury hotel, everything speaks comfort and of high standards.

I highly recommend Dr Rosell and the IM clinic to the transgender community they are the best out there.

Decepcionado, los resultados son dudosos y para colmo el seguimiento al paciente es malísimo. No les importas lo más mínimo y no te dan ningun tipo de solución
