SafeRebirth was very helpful during my research into a desired surgery. Giving me the information I required truly helped me to feel confident about the prospect of undergoing my next step in my journey. Their readiness to discuss and explain things was extremely beneficial to me as this approach reduced my fears and uncertainty. I am some time from committing to my surgery but my research stage was greatly helped and progressed by their helpfulness.

I first came across Safe Rebirth via TikTok and I was looking for a way to help my son access gender affirming health care that is increasingly hard to come by in the UK. Aida was so kind and helpful during this process, I had lots of information, lots of support and it made it that little bit easier. Getting to Spain felt like such a huge thing, it was wonderful to meet Oscar and Aida in person. My son and I were guided through the pre op process and then off we went! My experience with Safe Rebirth, and in particular with Aida, has been exceptional.
From my very first enquiry I have felt supported rather than pressured. Every question I have asked has been answered promptly, honestly and in as much detail as I needed, even when my questions became quite complex.
As someone exploring gender-affirming surgery from another country, the process can feel overwhelming, but Aida has acted as a knowledgeable guide throughout. She has arranged consultations, explained procedures, clarified terminology and helped me understand the practical realities of different surgical options, while always making it clear that the decisions are mine to make and that there is no pressure or urgency.
What has stood out most is the genuine human approach. I have never felt like just another enquiry or a number on a list. Instead, I have felt listened to, respected and encouraged to make informed decisions at my own pace.
Although I am still in the planning stages of my journey, the support I have received so far has given me a great deal of confidence, and I would not hesitate to recommend Safe Rebirth to others looking for compassionate and well-organised guidance through what can be a very daunting process.

I consulted with SafeRebirth about facial feminization surgeries over the course of several months in early 2026, and it was a really positive and helpful experience. Their customer attention was terrific, Aida was really kind and helpful at every step, and set up consultations for me with several surgeons, whose advice was useful to me. I never felt pressured during the process, and although in the end I decided that surgery was not going to be the best option for me in this case, I would definitely come back to SafeRebirth when considering the next stage of my journey.

Don’t wish to comment in detail it’s will seem like bad faith . However after a decade via NHS yearning for Vaginoplasty with depth I have no hope in life . I travelled to Barcelona in April 2026 for my vaginoplasty surgery, and choosing Safe Rebirth was one of the best decisions I could have made.

From the very beginning, Aida and Oscar were kind, professional, supportive, and always available to help. They made what could have been an overwhelming and frightening experience feel calm, organised, and human. Every question I had was answered with patience and care, and throughout the whole process I genuinely felt supported, respected, and safe.

One thing I especially appreciated was the transparency of the entire process. Safe Rebirth gave me different surgeon options, explained everything clearly, and never once made me feel pressured financially or emotionally. There were no hidden costs, no aggressive sales approach, and no false promises — just honest communication and genuine support to help me make the right decision for myself.

What impressed me most was that Safe Rebirth never felt like a “business” focused only on logistics. They truly understand the emotional reality behind gender-affirming surgery and treat people with compassion and dignity. During my stay in Barcelona, they felt more like an extended family than a coordination team.

The entire process was smooth, efficient, and surprisingly stress-free. Communication was excellent, appointments were well organised, and I always felt that my wellbeing mattered to them.

Leaving Barcelona three weeks later, I carried home not only the results of surgery, but also a deep sense of gratitude for the kindness, humanity, and support I received from the entire Safe Rebirth team.

For anyone considering vaginoplasty or gender-affirming surgery and feeling nervous or uncertain, I can sincerely say that my experience with Safe Rebirth was overwhelmingly positive, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I'd like to start by saying that Aida from Safe Rebirth is the most caring, compassionate person and so, so helpful.
Myself and my mum reached out to Aida as I am planning to undergo a vaginoplasty in Spain. Aida made the process so much easier as we had no clue how to proceed. She found us surgeons and we have decided on Dr Herrero who we found really helpful and informative.

Aida responded quickly to all of my queries and has been such a positive part of my journey. I cannot recommend her highly enough and feel much less stressed about everything knowing she has my back.

Was very nicely received during my consultation

I’ve had consultations with Safe Rebirth for vulvoplasty and chondrolaryngoplasty, and they’ve been absolutely amazing. Aida is so fast to respond to messages, and shows such compassion and understanding. One of the things I found most reassuring was her understanding when I started to have doubts about one of the procedures I had been planning to have. There was no pressure whatsoever to rush or do anything until I was ready, and my comfort and surety was paramount. It was made very clear that I should listen to myself and take my time with this decision.

The consultations themselves were with two wonderful doctors, and I would be lucky to have either of them involved in my transition. Having both procedures done at the same time is unusual, but either doctor was flexible enough to offer that to me and I really appreciated that. Speaking to them, I really got an idea of how much experience they both had and was very reassured as they answered all of my questions, including some that I hadn’t thought to ask myself.

Aside from the medical aspects, I was given advice about the logistics of surgery, including locations to stay and travel arrangements. Having advice about this really helped me to feel at ease about arranging everything, and took a lot of worries off of my mind.

Arranged a top surgery with Aida and was given SUCH amazing speed of response. The ease of communication was so comforting and stressless. It was so nice to not have to explain everything about Transgenderness as a whole, and just focus on the surgery and recovery. The outline of the payment options was so clear and easy to execute, and such good advice was given by Aida about accomodation. One thing that I noticed was in the original outline of what is included in the cost as; a medication kit so you didn't have to go to the pharmacy and a personal gender nurse. I didn't get these things since I was unaware that top surgery didn't really require a nurse. I didn't mind much but I had to pick up the medication myself, which wasn't a big deal. I was just unprepared for that fact! Overall I was just so happy that everything was just so Easy. No stress about documents and any staff that Aida directs you to is so friendly and professional and English-friendly.

I had done a lot of research about where would be best to get top surgery, and despite barely being able to speak Spanish, I chose Spain because of the long history of dedicated gender-affirming care and expertise.
My first contact with Aida from Safe Rebirth was so warm, comforting, and not at all intimidating as I might have expected. Aida was able to help with the entire process and get my surgery booked in within two months of initial contact, which was much more quick and efficient compared to reviews of other clinics.
I was escorted to my pre-op tests by Oscar, who is also as gentle, loving and personable - it was just as if my friend was coming with me! Having Oscar was easy, as he communicated with the medical professionals and did all the hard work. Both Aida and Oscar are fluent in English, so this was a massive bonus that made the whole process much easier.
Finally, and possibly the most important part, they matched me with an excellent surgeon, and I couldn't be more happy with my results - thank you 🥹

I arranged my FFS in Spain with Aida and Oscar and it was really a great experience - in fact I'm not sure it could have been better. They really smoothed the process for me, all the way from choosing the right option for my surgery - and choosing the right surgeon and acquiring quotes, through to after-surgery care. They are very experienced in negotiating the Spanish healthcare system, and facilitated all of my various pre-operative tests and hospital appointments which I would not have been able to do without them. Everything went off without a hitch, I was super-happy with the surgeon and with the results achieved. I would highly recommend Safe Rebirth for any trans person considering surgery.

Safe Rebirth have been really helpful so far. Aida has been amazing and really supportive throughout the process, answering questions and guiding things along. They arranged a video consultation with a doctor really quickly, and the doctor was lovely, reassuring, and professional. I’ve also been able to book my surgery date for later this year, which has taken a huge weight off my mind. Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience with them so far and I feel well looked after.

I cannot express just how helpful Aida & Oscar were. I am from the uk & Aida had been helping me organise everything 6 months before my surgery in Spain.

I first saw Aida on their TikTok channel. She gave great information there and when I asked questions, she invited me to chat with her in a more private venue. She answered all my questions no matter how silly they seemed to me. When it came time for my surgery consultation, she helped facilitate and aided with communication, as I don't speak Spanish very well, and Catalan not at all. Safe Rebirth has been a supportive and consistent presence in my transition journey. I honestly don't know what the process would look like without them.

Safe Rebirth was really helpful in connecting me with a surgeon, even having a free consultation with the surgeon so I could ask any questions. They answered all my questions in depth and made me feel really cared for.
