It was lovely to see the chammy wipers roller working!
However, the driver side first roller washer wasn't working again.!
I think this doesn't help with getting my car cleaned as well as it used to.
Staff were good at their jobs.

Stuff are all in uniform you can tell they are properly trained for this job not like in other places.

Staff polite and fair prices
Excellent service at the car wash today. The staff were polite, friendly, and worked very efficiently. The prices are fair for the quality and speed of the service, and my car looked much cleaner afterwards. There were a few small water spots after leaving, but that’s quite normal with the hard water in the UK. Overall, a very good experience and I’ll definitely return again.

Worst experience
Ugh, worst experience ever! I picked the £12 wash for my car today, and they didn't even clean the driver's side. Plus, the cleaning stuff on the right isn't working. You can see the stains on my driver's side. And the customer service isn't good either; the guy waved his hand and told me to go forward, and later he shouted at me, asking who told me to take my car forward, and his tone was really rude. At last, the rotating cloth assemblies that are supposed to wipe the water aren't working; they're rotating without the wiping cloths. This is the second time I'm using the IMO car wash, but the first time, it was in Chichester, and they provided good service, which led me to IMO Porchester

The guy put the jet wash on the car…
The guy put the jet wash on the car before I closed my window...not good! The wheels weren't cleaned very well and I had to redo them. Not bad for a cheap foam wash but had better.
