Einmalige Lage, toller Strand und sehr schöne, große Wohnung. Besonders angenehm waren die zwei Bäder, die Waschmaschine und die Spülmaschine sowie die Klimaanlage.

Appartement très agréable, meublé et décoré avec goût, parfaitement propre et conforme à sa description sur le site.

Nous y avons passé d’excellentes vacances avec notre enfant de 18 mois et recommandons sans réserve cette location.

Every time you look outside, you are looking at a postcard. The view is so incredibly beautiful that it seems fake. But listen to the sound of the sea and you know it is real!
The apartment is spacious (only the second bedroom is a bit small), nice materials, the air conditioners work well, a powerful jet from the showers. The beds sleep very well. The fridge and freezer are large, we used them a lot.
A few negative points: Sitting on the terrace while the air conditioning is on inside is not nice because of the heat that the air conditioning unit that hangs outside gives off. The kitchen inventory is a bit old and a lot, tip: replace the many pans and the many cutlery for 1 new set and the kitchen is great.
Both the shower rods are worn out so that the shower head does not stay attached, if these are replaced they will be wonderful showers!
Stefano and Daniella are very communicative and friendly, very nice contact!
The complex where the apartment is located is well maintained and the private parking space is perfect.
In short: 5 stars for a fantastic 10 days holiday!!!

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Perfekte Matratzen. Wunderschöne Aussicht direkt am „Terza Spiagga“, dem schönsten Strand von Golfo Aranci.
15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt ist optimal.

Posto incantevole con panorama mozzafiato. Il nome fa onore a tutto sia appartamento spiaggia e soprattutto al panorama. Ti svegli e ti addormenti con il rumore del mare.

Abbiamo passato il ns viaggio di nozze in questo appartamento. 2 settimane in un luogo meraviglioso. L' alloggio è praticamente sul mare, comodissimo con una bambina piccola ed è bellissimo svegliarsi ed addormentarsi con il rumore del mare.
E' arredato con buon gusto e c'è praticamente tutto quello che possa servire.
Stefano , il proprietario, gentilissimo a disponibile per qualsiasi informazione, come anche Daniela che si è occupata del check in.
La spiaggia è molto bella con fondali bassi ideali per i bimbi e nelle vicinanze ci sono supermercati , negozi e ristoranti comodamente raggiungibili a piedi.
Stra consigliato per tutto!!

Posto incantevole, gentili e molto disponibili, l’accoglienza da parte della sig.ra Daniela è stata oltre le aspettative, pulizia e confort eccellente

Appartamento molto carino e curato, che ha un balcone vista mare che toglie il fiato.. ti addormenti e ti risvegli con il suono delle onde .. e una spiaggia adatta ai bambini a pochi passi.. Meraviglioso!

We loved our week at Incanto apartment. The apartment was spotless, well equipped and spacious, and the location could not be better, right on the amazing beach, with beautiful views from the balcony and main bedroom. Stefano and Daniela were very welcoming and helpful. An easy walk to shops, beaches and restaurants. All in all a great experience.

Come essere a casa propria ma con il panorama mozzafiato della Sardegna

Wir waren Anfang Oktober in der tollen Wohnung von Stefano. Super gelegen, super Gastgeber, direkt an der Bucht… was will man mehr. Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern, 11 und 13) kommen sicher wieder….

Appartamento grande e molto fruibile (ci siamo stati comodamente in 6 compresi due bambini), oltre che completamente accessoriato. La posizione poi, quasi sul bagnasciuga, è davvero invidiabile. Bella vacanza davvero.

Il nostro soggiorno presso Incanto Apartment è stato ottimo, l'immobile è fornito di tutto il necessario per passare una vacanza senza pensieri, ideale per quattro persone, la location è meravigliosa, abbiamo sempre pranzato e cenato nel balcone da cui si gode di una vista incantevole.

Wir waren mit unserer 3jährigen Tochter hier.
Die Lage des Hauses und Aufteilung der Apartments gibt absolute Privatsphäre.
Das Apartment ist einfach eingerichtet, aber geschmackvoll und zum Wohlfühlen. Es war alles vorhanden, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Bügeleisen, Fön, nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, einfach alles was man zu Hause auch hat. Spielplätze haben wir zu Fuß mit dem Abendessen verbunden. Morgens oder Abends haben wir die Sachen zum Frühstück im Supermarkt geholt. Das haben wir bei Sonnenschein auf dem Balkon genossen. Den Rest des Tages haben wir mit viel Spaß und Freude am Strand und im Klaren Wasser verbracht. Großes Danke an Daniela und Stefano für die Aufmerksame Gastfreundschaft. Sie waren immer schnell erreichbar. Alles in ganzen haben wir einen der wundervollsten Plätze gefunden.

Che dire , sono uscito oggi finita la mia settimana riprenotando per il prossimo anno , casa confortevole tutti i servizi veduta da …. INCANTO. Una cartolina ,silenzio ,solo il silenzio e i colori del del mare , scendi 10 metri spiaggia bianca e mare trasparente , cene in spiaggia musica tutto perfetto per rilassarsi e vivere una vacanza così desiderata ….. grazie stefano

Soggiorno molto piacevole, appartamento in piccolo residence in ottima posizione, praticamente sul mare, ben distribuito e di dimensioni generose. Adiacente comoda spiaggia cittadina dal fondale basso. Proprietario sempre disponibile. Sicuramente un’ottima soluzione per una vacanza da ricordare.
