I placed an order on the 14th of November at 4 o clock, it arrived the next morning and I had enough correx to complete the job. The prices were decent and the person I spoke with went the extra mile to assure I received my order next day!

I ordered some bubble wrap where I'm in the process of moving house, The salesman was very helpful, and I was able to come back collect that afternoon. I'm really happy with the process and was just glad I got my bubble wrap on time for my move, thanks indigo!

Order date: 04/09/2020, received a confirmation of order email. Then due to Covid assumed I would give extra time for a delivery, 7-10 days later I sent an email, no reply, I telephoned a few times, no answer. Then 16th September they called me apologising and a promise I would receive the order within 24 hours. its now Sat-19th September NOT received the order, I have sourced everything from other suppliers and received all goods within 48 hrs.
This is not normal practice to not communicate with a client. never answered emails or telephone calls. Im now waiting for a refund, but shall be going through the bank and not returning here again.

Not sure how companies like this can exist and stupidly I did not check the reviews on Google. Great at taking your money but poor in offering a decent service.
I would avoid if I were you, just another company that has jumped on the face mask bandwagon due to the pandemic.
