I ordered cover back in january and still haven`t received them, stay away from this company, they should be taken down absolute con.

*Update* Had the covers on for a month or so and the stitching is failing already. Took 3 times longer to get the covers than they lasted. These are going in the bin!! Please look at the reviews below before ordering.

Ordered seat covers a month ago I emailed them after 2 weeks and was told that they had just checked and my order had just gone into production , ok I thought , that’s fine , another 2 weeks go by I emailed again but this time I was told that they have a backlog from Christmas and they have a strict order in which they process the orders , don’t bother with this company , waste of time

Ordered seat covers on the 19th of December 2025 still not arrived and we are now into march emailed today for a full refund saying “in stock” on there website absolute joke and at £399 certainly not cheap

We ordered sets of seat covers for 2 new vans 04.02.26 one set and after chasing them up via email a couple of times was "no longer available" with the other set delayed
why take orders on? that they cannot fulfil or with lead times that do not match what the customer needs
both are showing as stocked items
we will never do business with them again

NEVER, NEVER, use this company. They’re from Leicester 🤔 and they will use lie after lie to delay the delivery date. I was told 1 week for delivery and 1 month later, they’re still coming up with stalling lies. No wonder they have no telephone communications. I’ve cancelled the order so hoping I will get my money back but not holding out much hope. DO NOT USE

I ordered two new front seats for my transit and then a back row. I have tried to email them but never received a reply. It’s been three weeks now and nothing has come in a form of reply. I would avoid this company it costs.

If buying from a business that is probably a front for a chinese factory, with poor comms, slow and or no delivery is your thing - then fill your boots
you may get lucky and get what you ordered eventually or maybe not.
At least they refunded me quickly after two months without delivery and random comms

I ordered transit custom front seat covers 9/11/25 and still keep getting fobbed off with there in production and now two weeks ago they’ve ran out of the material it’s excuse after excuse avoid at all costs, I’ll be contacting my bank for a refund

Absolutely shocking no goods received after two weeks no reply to emails avoid at all costs

Ordered complete front row seat covers for my Discovery 4 on 11th Jan 26. Order confirmed, then no further correspondence. Emails asking for updates were ignored.
Covers delivered out of the blue 11 Feb 26. But headrest and arm rest covers missing, both clearly included under the complete front row listing.
I have emailed them again to ask for the missing covers, but not holding my breath!

Dreadful Dreadful Dreadful!!! Please take my advice and avoid this company.

Poor quality products for premium prices
Long deliveries when items stated in stock
Refund process is that shocking I ended up getting a full refund through my bank.

Ordered over 4 months ago.

Part of the order they couldn’t do and refunded but not quick. Rest of my order finally arrived 4 months later only to be WRONG!! Dispite sending images and sizes and them having the template.

Emailed to complain but no response.
Zero communication

Avoid

Absolute scam of a company, take your money then no communication at all. 2 months in and still nothing.. Do not deal with these cowboys if you value your money.

Made an order 2 months ago, been told multiple times that the order is going to be sent out. No customer service phone number or not one that works anyway. Buy from elsewhere!!

I placed my order in November for front and rear seat covers for my new transit, I was taken in by their excellent ad on Facebook, usual story repeated emails promising prompt delivery just wish I had read the reviews first. I can’t comment on the product quality yet but based upon my already 12 week wait I would avoid this company like a dose of pox!

Ordered in November Still no sign of seat covers, emailed loads of times get told lie after lie saying they are sending out at the end of the week and never do, rip of company stay well away!

Ordered last month and have been backwards with extended pauses and forward with periods of no communication and excuses but no goods.
These people maybe exactly the kind of people that HMRC need to concentrate on.
Have a look on Companies House how they are overdue but active directors of Auto Kit international but Inka Corp are dormant and in the same breath.

This company will take your money and not respond to any form of contact and have removed phone lines so you cannot talk to anyone
