Unfortunately I've had two bad experiences with this company - initially bought an item in the fiver Friday, bought in Sept to put in my little ones nursery before they arrived in March (6 months later)... The order didn't arrive until after they were born so I didn't have the room ready as I wanted.
Then last year I bought a named stocking to hang on Xmas tree... I acknowledged the lead time... (12 weeks) ... It came and went ... I chased this lady into December, she replied on 20th Dec to tell me she had sent it out by Royal Mail on Dec 11th... which in my opinion is too late anyway as that gives less than two weeks on the tree before Christmas day? But the order never arrived anyway...

Initially I thought I had just been unlucky with RM twice but given lots of other reviews it's going to be the seller. Shame as the items seem really nice but I'll be looking at other sellers for wire designs now as I don't want to be chasing orders that come way after they're meant to/never come at all.

Ordered 11th June (It’s now 11th October) and still haven’t received my order. A couple of weeks ago I chased for my order, to be told it has been shipped and will be with me shortly… I’ve requested a refund and all of a sudden I’ve had no response to my emails! Would avoid!

Ordered in May, 15 weeks later still hasn’t arrived. Wish I’d seen reviews first.

When my order arrived (in good time) it was packed so beutiful and with care you would of thought it cost tripple the amout.

Made an order in May 2023. It took until the end of July to be made and shipped (fine I though as they are a small business). 2 weeks after the order was shipped it hadn’t arrived, I contacted the seller as they were to be a wedding gift in September. I was ignored a few times but eventually recieved a reply in November 2023 where I was told a replacement was to be sent out! This replacement also did not arrive and the seller is now not even looking at my messages and is ignoring my emails too!

It is such a shame as when I ordered with them in 2022, the products arrived no problem and were perfect! Thought I had found a good wee business to support.

I ordered in September for Christmas presents. Still not received and i am being ignored by by email. If nothing arrives by this friday i shall be claiming via my bank.

Ordered multiple items, some have arrived and been lovely. Majority of orders don't turn up. Emailed to enquire where order was and said it should arrive, left it 2 weeks and still hasn't arrived. Emailed again, didn't get a response. Don't recommend this company. Has a long turn around time so you probably forget you've place an order as there's no reminder/update when order gets shipped etc. Won't be ordering again. See so many items I'd love to purchase but I know I won't receive them.

After thinking I wasn't having a good experience I have come to change my original post ny items cam this morning and wow definitely worth waiting for and will be purchasing again

WOWWWWWWW. Received my wire rope word from Lauren last week and it’s amazing! I thought my order had got lost - we all know post can’t always be reliable - but Lauren went above and beyond to track my order and even contacted Royal Mail for me to find where it was! Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend ordering from this small business. Thanks again!!!! It’s perfect for my little girls bedroom!

I Wish I hadnt ordered from this person. After seeing so many bad reviews everywhere online for this company i am going to try claim a refund via my credit company. Thankfully I didn't waste hundreds of pounds on her items like some tlothers have! I understand she had a family bereavement which must have been dreadful, but maybe she should try to concentrate on finishing what seems to be a large backlog of orders from all the reviews, before advertising numerous sales and deals on her Instagram and Facebook account. Scamming hundreds of customers out of alot of money. Such a shame as they look to be lovely items and I'm sure she puts a great deal of work into them but this I am afraid is unacceptable.

Do not recommend, ordered in September - we are now in May and my items never arrived. Contact via email and was told items had been sent out and to wait a week to see if they arrived. Contacted again and was told order would be repeated and sent out - still never arrived. Emailed yet again and had whole order refunded. Quick enough to take people’s money and not complete the items. STAY CLEAR FROM BEING SCAMMED!!

Ordered during Black Friday (25 November) it’s now May and I still haven’t received my order despite emailing multiple times. No response from Lauren and comments I’ve made on the In Other Words Designs insta have been deleted.

I ordered in December. I missed the note in the website about the order processing time of a few weeks but was happy enough to wait when I realised. However I still haven’t received my order. Responses to polite follow ups have been sporadic and contain nothing definitive about when the item will be here and no tracking details. I don’t believe I will receive the item now which is a shame and this seems like a very odd business model when multiple promos are advertised. Can only assume some people order and forget about the items that never up.

These products look stunning, but unfortunately I’ll never know. I ordered several items from her in November last year, and they have never arrived. I was told Royal Mail must have lost the order, which apparently was sent in February, and that she would open a case and investigate when she was back in her office after the weekend. Since then, I have sent several messages asking for a refund, which again, she said she would process in March, yet still no refund.

I know that her family had a family bereavement, and understand that this must have been a terrible time for them all so was understanding of the delay. I even apologised for asking for a refund! But now, nearly two months on, she will not respond to direct messages and just deletes comments off her posts. It’s so frustrating, communication is appalling, such a shame as her shop looks amazing.

I just want my money back. I paid for several items that I have never received, it’s just wrong.
