From start to finish a great experience and Matthew Fassett was a great help going out of his way to be helpful in the transition period.

Most communication with Insight is electronic so we hardly ever see them. On this occasion a price adjustment was required, the matter was resolved quickly and efficiently. All customers, big or small matter to these guys and it shows.

We've been working with insight systems for our printer and they have been topnotch service providers. Periodical check ins, prompt service etc makes the company top. Installations and service is always a smooth process. Richard is always proactive and amazing at the job.

Insight Systems recently helped us negotiate the purchase of our currently leased MFD and set up an annual rolling service contract. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. The team, especially our account manager, Richard, are always helpful, quick to respond, and go the extra mile to make things easy. Highly recommended!

What went wrong this time? Well the same as last time, the delivery drivers are lazy, they don't research the addresses properly. Three times there have been failed deliveries. We Freight 44 are open all day and we get notifications that customer is not in to take delivery, when in fact it's the drivers not looking for us or asking directions.

They were very responsive, fast, friendly and got the job done.. what more can you ask for

They always give a professional and consistent service. Any issues are resolved by Customer services without any fuss. The perfect solution to our printing and copying needs

Matthew the advisor who came out to see us initially was very transparent when discussing the costings. On the day we had our machines fitted we were also migrating to another IT provider, which was a nightmare & the service engineer who came to install stayed all day to make sure we were up & running & even came back the following day. The service we have received has been excellent. Matthew also dealt with our previous provider making our journey so much easier!

We recently partnered with Insight Systems to replace two of our older toner-based copiers with new Epson inkjet machines. While the transition from toner to inkjet technology initially raised some concerns, we found reassurance by speaking with other customers and visiting the Insight showroom to see the machines in action.

After using the new machines for a couple of months, we are pleased to report that they have been extremely reliable and have presented no issues. The upgrade has not only improved performance with faster printing speeds but has also delivered cost savings.
