I had a mixed experience with Insolvency & Law. While their team, particularly Marcia and Codie, showed diligence and responsiveness, the overall process took quite some time despite their efforts. They were communicative and helpful, but results were limited given the complexity of the situation. An average service, in my view.

Can't thank Peter Murray and his team enough.The hard work and time spent into trying to recover some of my losses is admirable.So grateful to have them fighting my corner and battling for justice to be done.

I would never trust this company again I've paid thousands to this company and then when I complained was told the owner would become solvent and close the company and start up in a different name it's an absolute disgrace.

Insolvency and Law said they needed £1,200 before they would start their work. I paid them £900 as I needed time to get the remaining £300. They then said there was nothing they could do, they did no work and now refuse to pay the £900 back, even though they have not done any work for us. They now refuse to communicate at all.

My husband and I engaged Insolvency & Law to help recover two long-standing debts.

The company initially contacted me through a cold call, assuring me they could "certainly" recover the funds owed to my husband and I. They promised to get our money returned to us in full within 7 to 8 weeks. Based on their strong assurances, we agreed to pay several thousand pounds in upfront fees, and they also insisted we assign our debts to them.

After several years, it has become clear that this was a major mistake. Insolvency & Law has been painfully slow to take the necessary steps to pursue our debts, and they have failed to recover any of the funds owed to us.

From the very beginning, their service has been underwhelming. For instance, they have repeatedly lost our documents, requiring us to resend them multiple times.

I deeply regret paying their exorbitant fees and agreeing to assign our debts to them. Unfortunately, I am now at a standstill, as Insolvency & Law refuses to return control of our debts, despite their original promises.

The positive reviews you see online are clearly not genuine. It is evident that Insolvency & Law has purchased these reviews. A closer inspection reveals several inconsistencies, including multiple reviewers using the same language and phrasing.

I also encourage you to research Insolvency & Law on websites like Safe or Scam’s blog or BondReview. The truth about this set-up and the people behind it will be shocking!

I initially contacted Insolvency & Law with a statutory demand issue. They were immediately responsive and and gave me advice and confidence that they would be alongside me throughout the process. They acted extremely quickly which helped to alleviate my stress and put my mind at rest.
I was particularly impressed with the service I received from Robert Smith and Codie Gage. Codie was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist me at a crucial time, even working through his lunch break.
I would not hesitate to recommend this law firm.

Insolvency and Law it is crime organisations and I would like to warn you - think twice before entering or start any cooperation with those unethical people. They making “ sensational “stories about you, publish it on internet and expecting you to pay for removal… it is scandal and blackmailing business nothing more then shame, shame, shame.
