I desperately hope that you do not rent from this company. One person will say one thing and then the next time you speak to someone else, they'll completely contradict what you've been told. They never respond to emails. Reports of damage go ignored for months. Completely disorganised and the worst letting agency I've come across for a long time.

Fantastic service, great results
First time selling a property and Michael and Zain made it as stress-free as can be expected. They achieved a great price, especially compared with what other agents were suggesting we aim for. Definitely recommend.

Exceptional Customer Service
I moved into a rental in September after selling my house. Inspire we’re brilliant from start to finish, including being flexible with moving in dates. The lovely moving in box was a really nice touch as well. Since being in the property I have had to raise 1 maintenance issue, which was resolved the same day. The maintenance request app was brilliant and so easy to use. I highly recommend Inspire and the service is second to none.

What can I say absolutely outstanding
What can I say, other then absolutely amazing! From the start to finish, everything was managed professionally, honestly and in a kind/caring manner. Massive thank you to Micheal, Marlon & Sally at Inspired Rushden for the sale of our house. They all ensured everything was spot on, and at no time did they leave us in the dark. Even after accepting an offer, Sally ensured we was kept up to date, chased our buyers solicitors, and would always be at the end of the phone, with any worries or questions we had with the process. 110% recommend inspired, and I would most certainly recommend them to my close family & friends.

Hi Samantha,
We are blown away by your kind words and feedback. The Rushden team are so pleased they were able to help with the sale of your home. Hopefully, you're all settled into your new home. Moving home is such a stressful time and we truly believe being honest and open about whats happening is key and there is nothing worse than not being kept updated or made aware of bumps in the road (which does sometimes happen) We'd love to help any of your friends and family who are looking to move in the future.

We’ve rented a number of times over the years, however the experience we’ve had with Inspired has been incredible! Julia in particular has been a great support throughout the rental process and has been incredibly helpful, constantly updating us & reassuring. Not to mention receiving a ‘new home’ card & moving in box of treats - such a great finishing touch. We highly recommend their services - thank you all so much!
