this is froud company Take money from people after that they say that payment is not updated

Wish to have a bad day? Just contact Instamojo support team. They will ensure you see the worst day ever in your life. Such a 3rd class company with zero support for customers. Yet, these morons charge 10% commission for digital products as if it is their hard work. Zero transparency and worst ever customer care support. They are running their support team with uneducated stupids who don't even know ABC of Instamojo. On top of it, they need 60-90 minutes just to initiate live chat with you.

Very bad customer service and support team.
My advice dont use this payment gateway service.
all commitments are fake which is shared buy customer care team and back-end operations team.
They were not share any policy related information.
My finally suggest please dont use instamojo.
i have facing problem many more times and i have a opology mail from instamojo team end.
my account was frezee due to create mistake by instamojo team.
there are very-2 poor service if you use this payment gateway your money was losted.

its a good payment gateway and user friendly interface. but support is very bad. and sometimes you can loose your money by using there gateway. as i paid a company through instamojo and the company didnt provide me service. i contacted instamojo but they are not able to solve the problem.

its a scam i had paid money through this website and the party on other hand asked me to approach them they kept on asking me for confirmation fo refund and i kept on replying yes they ate my money

Instamojo is Big Scam in India. Never pay back the money. They hold and never respond in email or a phone. Read Google Review Before using. Except their Employee no one have given more than 1 rating

Scam: They Hold Sellers' Money & Don't Attend Call. If you argue with them even for their mistake, they will stop answering your calls.

They act friendly answering you in all their channels, but after you made some money from buyers, they will just hold it and stop talking to you, make you feel like a low level person.
