Insulation Hub レビュー

Disgraceful customer service .
Ordered a product from this company's website . The company took payment immediately online.
after the deadline for delivery had passed and i had not heard anything at all from the company i made contact with them only to be told that the product i ordered ( that the website showed as in stock) was not actually in stock . Not even any attempt to contact me from their end to tell me that the product was not actually in stock
I asked for a refund and 12 days later , they still have not the grace nor the guilt to bother refunding me . Yet i had to pay them immediately to order what they don't have in stock.
And surprise surprise.... if you go on their website they still show the product as being available . Total disrespect for customers
Woeful couldn't care less attitude

Very difficult communication, I had my refund after one month. It wasn't full refund, very painful and stressful experience.

Great service, nice and helpful staff, handled my order at 9:00pm so that I can collected my goods next day morning.

Ordered items given delivery date arrived on time what more can a builder want heads up to insulation Hub what a team

Great service! Great company ! At short notice they helped us with a price match and very quick delivery ! YOGI customer service was brilliant thank you again

I requested a quote for a large amount of insulation which was responded to very quickly and was very competitive.
I was able to speak directly to their customer service to answer some questions that I had before placing the order.

They arranged for delivery the next day and kept me informed at each stage of the process.

Delivery was on time and efficient.

Very pleased with the service, pricing and will definitely be using again!

Insulation Hub delivered my order in excellent condition and on time. Fantastic products, very reasonably priced and great customer service. I would recommend this Company.

Very pleased with my order.
The price was competitive, it was easy to place my order and the parcel arrived quickly and in good condition as it was well packed.
To add to this, I also received a courtesy call to ensure that I was happy and to enquire whether there was anything they could do to improve the experience!

Stumbled across the insulation hub website whilst looking for prices on Tyvek House wrap and tape. Insulation hub offered the cheapest price including delivery - ordered late Friday afternoon and was delivered on Monday. What more can I say, easy to use website, excellent prices, timely delivery!

Good service, well packed item and delivered on time,
Thanks to the team.

Very fast delivery, great service.

Really good service from team. Had to change order and this was implemented seamlessly and equally the refund of the financial difference.

Delivery and goods were efficient too.

Great service and great price
Delivered next day at no extra cost

Made a very large mistake on their part of the order. Because I'm new to the trade I couldn't differentiate between the packaging, when I explained this nothing was done and forgotten about.
Sent a much cheaper and wrong item as a substitute despite specifically stating I would wait for the correct one. Don't take them at their word.
Several hundred pound out of pocket and very annoyed

Ordering was easy. Prices were best I could find and delivery was quick and accurate.

What more could you ask for.

Insulation Hub not only do insulation they also do 'House Wrap' a breatherable membrane designed to protect a structure from the weather. Tyvek Housewrap is one of the most popular. After doing an extensive search in the internet I came upon Insulation Hub, which offered the best price and free postage on this item (special offer atm) Ordering was simple and efficient. Delivery was quick and easy. I will definitely look to Insulation Hub for future similar purchases.

Do not order if you have any specific time frame to follow. I've been before placing an order that stock is available and not problem with fulfilling the order. 2 weeks later and still no delivery made. Stay away as it will cost you more on calls and chasing than you save on actual products
