Insulation Hub レビュー

Excellent service, faster delivery than quoted. kept us up to date with order progress and nice follow up call, will definitely use again.

I discovered this company by Googling and called them (because they were the best value I could find) to order some rockwool insulation which I needed for the next day. It was not a problem for them. That was last week - today I needed various other insulation and material and it is going to be delivered tomorrow for less than I am able to find anywhere else. This company is a diamond in the rough and they will be the first place I call going forward for various materials (they even answer the phone).

Ordered and delivered in 24 hours. Very quick service.

The attitude of the delivery driver was terrible, paid £50 delivery for my son to have to get out of bed to help unload my order. If it takes two people then one driver isn’t enough!!!

I am very pleased with my order. The Tyvek Tape quality was exactly what I expected. The delivery was quick and spot on too. I would highly recommend Insulation hub.

All Good! Many Thanks!

The house rap I ordered was delivered on time & by a friendly delivery driver so will definitely order again

Ordered after checking delivery scales. Came earlier than expected so very happy . Was the most competitive price as well so a win, win purchase. Excellent customer service on the phone ..

I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Great and easy to work with and happy to listen to customers. I won't use anyone else for insulation.

Excellent customer services, order and delivery was faultless , direct to door in under 48 hours from initial enquiry , highly recommended this company for quality of product, customer services & delivery
Thanks

Amazing Customer support, help me picked out the correct product and then gave me a discount as well
would use again

I placed several orders over a 3 week period, all with very tight deadlines. All deadlines were met, the staff went above and beyond to meet our required delivery dates. Outstanding customer service, highly recommended

Quick and friendly service. Good communication and over the top resolution of issues. Great price.

Had delivery problem that was no fault of Insulation Hub however they made special arrangement to get materials delivered to us 7.30am the next morning .
This went above & beyond expectation , fantastic customer service.

Delays, delays, delays. Despite having stock in London they wanted an £450 to ship North. Not acceptable. I really couldn't care less where my order comes from that I've paid for.

I received excellent and proactive customer service from this company when I made contact in order to try to get their delivery contractor to bring my delivery date forward to enable me to undertake my project over the weekend. At the first instance, their response was very swift; thereafter they acted proactively in arranging the earlier delivery date and demonstrated a high level of customer service in the manner of all their subsequent actions. Highly recommended.

Fanatstic service right from the get go,. We ran into some problems due to stock delay, but without hesitation they allowed us to change the order without fuss.
We received the first delivery and transport company they used are fantastic and dropped the items off without a fuss.
Can't recommend them enough and most definitely will be using them again.
