I have continually received emails from Insure, which indicates that customer service is of a high quality.
My slight concern is that the quotations over my last three renewals have had a massive difference in price. It would be helpful if the reasons in price can be offered.
This is not a complaint, but any help in indicating how the quote is worked out would be very helpful. All my communications with Ella have been excellent.

Guidance and advice at every stage, gave me confidence as a new taxi driver that I was fully protected at a competitive rate. Regular check ins by Zak prior to my new car arriving meant I didn’t want to build a relationship with another company. Plus those others I did speak to didn’t have the quality of staff I’d experienced at Insure Taxi.

Once my insurance was in place I was required to provide a number of documents for their audit trail/my files and they ensured I had a short list of those things still needed. It was easy to Ed mail them over and any queries I had were dealt with by their wonderful administration team. Whoever the lovely lady is that I’ve spoken to twice already, I apologise for not having your name, but you’ve been so helpful and accommodating - Thankyou.

In a nutshell I’m pleased to say I’ve found the right company first time, so I’m very lucky. Great company, great team of staff and great product.

I cant fault any of the people i have dealt with. They are all helpful, have a great sense of humour and are very easy to deal with.

Always use insure taxi for my insurance . Highly recommend
