Absolutely disgraceful company i was a private hire driver and I stopped doing that job 3 weeks ago I've been trying to cancel now for the whole 3 weeks with umpteen phone calls and emails to no answer they finally phone me and trying to charge me just under £500 as they can't backdate it yea very good they can sing for it avoid this company at all costs

I have been insuring my taxi with insure taxi for some times can’t even remember the years, it could be more then probably 5 years, never had any problems at all, price is reasonable but also an explanation through the quoting very reliable. I also admired Lauren Bundel very very polite and professional, she explained to the max there is no doubt in her ability. Thanks to her I am purchasing again.

I can honestly say I wouldn't recommend Insure Taxi or now Brown and Brown to anybody I like.

They don't value long-term customers
They are by far not the cheapest and will take advantage of you at any moment they can.

I have been with insuretaxi for quite a few years now and Amanda Bailey once again sorted the next years quote with expert efficiency,very helpfull,full of knowledge and explained everything in great detail and once again I am very happy with the product

Already a customer fast efficient helpful

Received a quote so I took out insurance however I was incorrectly quoted by around £600, I was also within the cooling off period so I requested to cancel and request a refund. I was then told I would have to pay the £200 plus discount I negotiated, after speaking to a manager this was reversed. I am now being told after 32 days of waiting the refund will take between 45 to 60 days!
I'll let you make you mind up on how confident you would be in this company in the event of a claim.
