The CPUs of their are actually nice. I would choose their CPUs over ryzen amd, but the prices are higher compared to the same ryzen which leaves questions sometimes considering the fact they same.

Cheap and weak processors (Laptops, PC etc) for expensive prices. Intel was never a good option but people chose it because there weren't many options back than; Now AMD it's the boss.

hab mit bei denen eine PC-Grafikkarte gekauft,
Intel Arc B580 Limited Edition Grafikkarte, 12288 MB GDDR6.
Die Grafikkarte hat eine gute Bwertung und kostet 273,99 Euro.
hab mir ca. vier Wochen später ein höherwertiges Spiel gekauft welches aufgrung der Treiber der Grafikkarte nicht spielbar ist. merkwürdig!
Weitere zwei Wochen später kaufte ich ein weiteres Spiel. So ein Mist, ich kann das Spiel aus gleichen Gründen nicht spielen. Erst wollte ich die Spiele zurück geben. Das geht nicht, weil die Spiele fehlerfrei sind.
Nun gut, dachte ich, dann muss die Grafikkarte zurück gegeben werden.
Der Händler sträubt sich nun unde meint, dass er für die Software der Karte nicht der Ansprechpartner sei. Ich müsse mich an Intel wenden!
Was für ein Quatsch, bei fehlerhafter Ware ist immer der der Verkäufer der erste Ansprechpartner!
Jetzt sitze ich da, mit zwei Spielen, die ich nicht spielen kann und mit einer Grafikkarte, die nichts taugt. Alle drei Käufe sins nicht stornierbar!
Keine Kulanz vom Käufer. Ich zumindest kaufe nichts mehr bei CaseKing und auch nichts mehr von Intel!

sogar Uraltspiele kommen mit Intel Grafik nicht klar,von modernen ganz zu schweigen. 22GB DX 12 und nix funktioniert. Neuen Treiber installieren...Fehlanzeige Sofortiger Error

I purchased an Intel Core Ultra 7 265K, which is part of Intel’s official promotion “Game. Create. And everything else.”
The bundle includes titles such as Dying Light: The Beast, Sid Meier’s Civilization VII, and additional software tools.

I attempted to claim my reward, but encountered persistent technical issues during the verification process. I submitted a support ticket (#236025), but unfortunately received no meaningful assistance.

The games were claimed successfully.

Horrible Warranty support, will push back at every opportunity and will try and push you somewhere else

Their default mindset seems to be, ask the retailer to sort their mess out

Nur Probleme mit dem 14900k, grottig schlecht

Nur Frustrierend. ne 1060 hat fast 10 jahre besser gehalten als eine ARC770, finger weg davon die zerstören sich selbst.

Experiencia real registrado décadas siendo usuario de procesadores Intel tanto en entorno doméstico como en servidores privados, cloud computing, vRaks... El año 2024 aumentaron un 163% los ciber ataques aproximadamente, los fallos en este periodo y a día de hoy en procesadores de 64 Bits tienen vulnerabilidades, data leak. Dos de ellos son Intel Xeon Uno en el núcleo tres, otro en el uno, el Core i5 vPro también de octava generación. Ello representa un problema de seguridad, estabilidad de sistema, conjunto con la BIOS falla la detección de Hardware, discos duros en uno de ellos no arranca, la BIOS reconoce el disco en su arranque pantalla en negro "Intel R no encuentra ningún medio arrancable ni tan siquiera un USB nada. Los otros han sido solucionados, un pid en ambos, PCI... Uno es Windows los otros dos BSD, la recuperación del Boot, initramfs, particion raíz... En cuanto a procesadores, la gráfica integrada Intel, no reconoce la pantalla ni con drivers, firmware, está la gráfica insertarle de un fabricante por el fallo conflicto con el módulo NUMA del Kernel sin existir, el módulo es Nvidia por dicho fallo que persiste linea de comandos eternamente sin entorno gráfico. No se le encuentra solución alguna a los fallos por más que se ponga en configuración "screen not found" , enviando e-mail por linea de comandos, navegador por linea de comandos, son tres equipos dos de la misma marca y la torre de otra, todos workstation. No son para jugar productividad trabajo, desarrollo de software, ciberseguridad mayoritariamente cyber Treath intelligence o inteligencia de ciber amenazas CTI ingeniería. Hace dos días un desbordamiento "overflow" un ataque, por el fallo ni los IDS, Firewalls... nada no hay manera recuperación de sistema con línea de comandos lo que lleva un tiempo.

Illegal clauses in their contracts. Sexism. It's as if it's ran by bandits. Horrific stories from people working there and self experience. I've lost faith in the judicial system because this company is still allowed to operate. I would avoid even considering working here.

Received Intel's builder bundle for purchasing a cpu. Received download codes and Intel would not let me download the game unless I installed and ran there spyware to access all my PC info first. Never said anything about that when purchasing. I'm not installing spyware so now I have no choice but to return the CPU. Will not buy Intel again.

I have a 13th gen cpu. Enough said. I want nothing to do with these thieves again.

I got an intel i9 13900k. it costed me so much money till everyone figured out which was causing the inestability issues. I had to buy a lot of pieces thinking it was their fault, of course INtel doesnt care.
I needed to spend a year justifying myself towards my customers, my friends and everyone, each time my computer turned off. Everytime it happened without any warning, it even generated me real health issues related to estress and anxiety. Nobody cares, specially INtel.
Now, I have to return the second unit, cause its failing again. I just got out the hospital today, in a rush cause was told they be passing by to take the trashy processor and take it for a RMA. Again, 1 week, with luck, with no PC and it all just for INtel to find out if my processor is worth of replacing or whatever.
Really, what would it needed to be done for us to get a damn refund here in Spain? please? I cant be doing this each few months after having paid near 800 euros for this.
I leave this information here, in case its helpful for the legal process I am being part of, desperated here, cant use pc for work or be with people, I am a person with reduced movility and serious health issues, cant have people like me unpacking and repacking the processor, I accidentaly bruised a pin in the socket, and it all why? I paid the money, why do I have to be going through all this hassle again for a second time?
I hope this ends soon, it’s as frustrating, cant buy me another processor right now, I mean, what are we suposed to do really??
After having to fight it for more than 2 whole years of changing my processor for the same model which added even more time of nightmares. They made me go through every kind of insane protocolary process for NOTHING.
The only thing that has worked been when my legal representants entered the show.
What a shame Intel what’s happening with you really. How I do to trust your products again, you doomed me to go with Amd, such a huge bitter disappointment.

Ho acquistato un 14900k ed è durato 5 mesi.
Avendo un PC da 15 mila euro quindi nessun problema di surriscaldamento poiché il mio doppio impianto separato CPU e GPU con due pompe D5 riesco a gestire le fiamme di questo schifo di processore, fino a quando un bel giorno non mi apre piu nessun tipo di programma o di game.
Contatto intel facendo in modo che non potessero parlare, spiego con attenzione tutte le esclusioni nei test dei miei componenti cominciando dalla ram a tutto il resto.
I tecnici dell intel si sono espressi solo per farmi i complimenti è hanno eseguito una sostituzione.
Indovinate? Smonto il pc interamente, quindi per chi sa di cosa parlo avendo 2 radiatori 18 ventole tubi a non finire e liquido assemblati in un big thermaltake 900, mi arriva il nuovo, decido quindi per ulteriore sicurezza di spendere altri 2000 euro perfortuna rimborsati dal colosso Amazon per il cambio completo di ram scheda madre MSI carbon z790 e grafica 4080 super ichill water.
Monto il 14900 k comprensivo di tutto il nuovo impianto, quindi 3 giorni di lavoro tra piegamento tubi e tutto il resto, indovinate quanto mi dura questo 14900 k mandato nuovo da intel? 1 settimana.
Mi apriva i giochi tipo cod bo6 e a 1080 p a risoluzione minima partendo da 350 fps e scendendo drasticamente a 150 senza motivo, questo perché i core bruciavano ad uno ad uno poiché il 14900k è un processore creato malissimo.
Fatto sta che capite bene la mia arrabbiatura, li contatto in chatt live e mi prendono in giro leggendomi mail false mai mandate da INTEL CASA e mai ricevute e sono 2 settimane che vado avanti di bugie poiché neanche con la seconda mail che mi hanno chiesto di fornire sono mai stato contattato.
Le tensioni sbagliate del 14900k mi hanno portato la soluzione del suo problema con un semplice programma netdos da me creato e di alcuni pacchetti che il processore rendeva instabili nei vari processi con ping inadeguato in millesimo di secondo.
I suoi milioni di circuiti transistorizzati sono collegati a sporgenti dozzine di perni metallici, ognuno dei quali trasporta segnali elettronici dentro e fuori dal chip come ogni ragionato processore, questo però non è andato a buon fine nel 14900k perchè i circuiti transistorizzati sono stati stampati con un piccolo errore di scrittura software, quindi certo, I perni metallici trasportano i segnali elettronici... ma solo ingresso, finendo poi in un labirinto per lo più completamente buio poiche appunto per errore software la luce ultravioletta nel processo di stampa è stata "lampeggiata" attraverso dei negativi difettati poichè solo il 10% degli elettronici trovano l'uscita mentre i restanti rimangano schiacciati dagli altri entranti facendo aumentare i processi e di conseguenza anche la tensione quindi ancora sale il modo " USCIRE" fino al surriscaldamento e la fusione dei suoi stessi core.
INTEL è inutile che io vi dica esattamente cosa faccia nella vita o perché ho queste conoscenze ma mi aspettavo almeno di non trovare delle segretarie al posto dei piu grandi ingegneri hacker informatici al mondo che nel 2024 dopo 2 milioni di tentativi passati a testare IL PROBLEMA DEL 14900k senza trovare una soluzione, arrivi un italiano a dirvelo così su un sito di recenzioni.
Ho deciso di acquistare un ryzen 7 9800 x3d a 710 euro e di salutare questa ridicola azienda INTEL più ricca del mondo che si perde anche a dare semplice assistenza.

Having purchased a custom build back in 2018 everything was fine. As ai took off I found lots of my software was failing, I tried and successfully downloaded and installed all updates, so I thought I had. Turns out the graphics hasn't installed any of the updates since 2019, now Intel doesn't want to know after several calls and many promises I hear nothing. I will purchase elsewhere in the future and based on recent experiences I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere also.
