Avoid this company! Ordered an element for a cooker, received no confirmation of order after 10 days I called them to ask if the part had been sent out and was told "it's being processed" the male advisor was not interested in helping in anyway and sounded like he was totally uninterested. After another few days and no reply to any emails I was told it wasn't in stock and they had to order it in, even though the website claims "all products in stock" when the element eventually turned up by 2nd class post after 2 weeks it was the wrong element they have sent so needs to be returned at my cost even though I paid postage for the wrong item. From start to finish Terrible customer service and just a generally awful service all round. Avoid!!

Found the thermocouple I needed on interspares when everywhere else showed it as discontinued, the part arrived quickly and although not identical and I needed to source a suitable nut the drier is now back working, so all good

My integrated freezer drawers were broken. I got the serial number and ordered from this company. I Was not disappointed. The drawer fits perfectly. I have ordered a second drawer one more and they are all replaced so much easier thank you so much inter Spares

Easy to order arrived early it good condition fitted the part and machine like new again .

Cooker hood packed up on Monday, ordered new motor/fan assembly, arrived Wednesday morning and running again by lunchtime.
Brilliant, will definitely use again.

Our glass oven door broke just before Christmas, phoned this co ,asking if they could get replacement part to us the next day in time for Christmas Dinner. The guy I spoke to said he would ensure it went out that day,.. and he did. Correct part delivered within 24 hours of order. No issue, all good, many thanks.

The fan in our oven failed 2 days before Christmas. Inter spares helped track down the part number, then dispatched it to us pronto overnight. Arrived next day, Christmas saved.

Ordered a shelf for my fridge door. Website was easy to navigate to know which brands the shelf would fit. Reasonably priced. Delivery was within a few days. Really well packed. Very happy.

Ordered a part for a hob around 4 weeks ago now. Nothing has been delivered and no update on the tracking.
Tried contacting to get an update but am getting no reply.
Terrible service.
