Ordered a fridge door tray 3 weeks ago. It's still not arrived. I've filled in their online form a couple of times and left voicemails. Someone phoned me at the start of the week. Put me on hold for 5 mins only to come back on and say he'll phone me back. No one has phoned me back. I've requested a refund from PayPal, but they haven't even responded to that. I want my £19.62 fully refunded. Do not buy from this company. As far as I can see, they have stolen my money. Other people have had a similar experience. Total rip off.

Then item I ordered took around 12weeks to be delivered I had to chace the the company up twice. when it arrived they had sent the wrong item. I returned the item by freepost after contacting the company the girl was very helpful. I said I did not want replacement item and found one else where at a cheaper price which arrived in 3 day. i had to chase up the refund which when I received it was £24.67 and the original Payment was £42.73 nearly £20 for return postage when the company sent the incorrect item. I will not be suing this company again and will not recommend them to anyone.

Called me straight back, gave great advice and dispatched the item same day. Really excellent service.

£30 did feel Pricey for a plastic bottle holder for a fridge but everything in this country seems to be rocketing in price.

The part arrived within a couple of days , was well packaged and fitted perfectly.

I have no complaints about their service and would recommend

AVOID! No order update for 3 weeks, finally told issue with shipping to Northern Ireland, and did I have an alternative address in the UK.... after 3 emails and an unanswered phone call. Asked for a refund, was told it would be issued that day. Still waiting 20 days later for clarity (41 days total since order). Have started the process of a charge back. Such a waste of people's time chasing and waiting! Bad service at best, fraudulent at worst.

Well deserving of a 5 star review. The employee I spoke to on the phone was delightful and such a great help regarding whether the replacement lamp advertised would fit our cooker hood....which indeed it did! Excellent speedy delivery. Would definitely recommend Inter Spares.

We needed to replace the top basket for our dishwasher and, even though they were charging +£80 (half of the price of an equivalent basic machine), we decided to buy anyway as we were not ready to replace the entire dishwasher yet and wanted to avoid waste. After a couple of months (as we were way during most of that time due to family issues), we noticed the dishes weren't always coming out clean. Upon investigation, we realised the spray arm attached to the basket was either too long for this washing machine or positioned too low, so it's catching the lower water connection at the back of the dishwasher - as a result, it couldn't spin and distribute water/sopa properly to clean the dishes. We also noticed that the rubbery paint used was the only thing keeping some metal parts of the basket together - one part came off very easily, exposing the metal to water and it all started rusting straight away. Over £80 for something that will need to be replaced again in a couple of months, now. I sent a complaint on their website and someone called Simon replied back asking for more info and photos, and then said he would contact the manufacturer - and I've never heard back from him. After chasing 3 times with no success and checking other reviews here, I can only assume this is how they treat customers. Complete lack of care. Never again.

Glad to have found Inter Spares who provided a perfect fitting, sensibly priced and very quickly delivered cooker hood part. Fitting instructions were spot on and I saved the cost and hassle of replacing the 10 year old hood. Thank you!

Having found it a bit challenging to find a suitable UK based supplier to purchase a pair of hob lights, I used Google Lense which not only gives the model name, I was able to find Inter Spares.

It was easy to place an order at a fair price. The package was received in good time.

I'm just glad that I've now found a good supplier and I will be recommending Inter Spares and will be using them again!

Tried to order a replacement bottle shelf for my refrigerator but the online system wouldn’t take payment (tried two cards). Eventually ’phoned the company and placed the order without further difficulty. The part arrived very quickly. Would have been 5 stars but for the initial online issues.
