I moved from Bristol to Sheffield and Martin and Stephen did a fantastic job making the move the least stressful move I've done. They worked so well together resulting in no damage to the goods or either house. I'd definitely recommend them.

Our experience with Intercity was brilliant, from start to finish. They made the house move stress free with great communication, professionalism and friendliness. The whole team worked really hard and were very patient and considerate. Tom, Ciprian, George and Anna from the office were so helpful and were always happy to answer any of my queries very promptly. When it came to the actual move, the guys (Florin, Catalin and Cristodor) were outstanding.
They arrived on time and were very quick and efficient. They handled our belongings with great care. I would highly recommend Intercity Removals.

Intercity Removals were fantastic from start to finish.
First, we received a super-competitive quote.
Second, the booking and admin side of things was very straightforward.
Third, communications were prompt and pleasant.
Fourth, and this is the big one: the removals team on the day were fantastic. Tom, clearly the team leader, had everything beautifully under control. He and Nico were polite, courteous and super-helpful. They took great care of our stuff, all of which arrived without a mark on it. Nothing was too much trouble. Overall, we feel we couldn't have chosen a better removal company, and what's more, this was all done at an amazingly competitive price. Absolutely brilliant service.

We have used Intercity Removals twice before to move home. Each time they have been helpful and patient, especially as we had to change our move date several times. They were always supportive and helpful during a difficult move for us. Our move was more unusual than most, but they came up with a plan and executed it with great professionalism. The team took extreme care with the furniture that was been moved from a third floor storage unit to a new build property.

A superb service from start to finish. From the moment we first contacted Intercity Removals, they provided a confident and professional service. The quote they gave us initially was the price we paid as there were no ‘hidden’ surprises. We paid extra for the packing service and this was worth every penny and I would fully recommend it. Everything was wrapped with care and nothing was damaged. All of the gentlemen were polite, professional and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. I will happily be recommending this company. Thank you for taking all the stress out of moving.

Intercity Removals provided an excellent service in the run up to my moving day and with all the work required on the day. The team of three worked incredibly hard on packing and loading up the lorry and then taking everything into the new house and getting all the items into the right place. They showed extra care with certain items like mirrors. They were cheerful throughout and patient when we had to wait a while to gain access to the new house. Flexible, helpful and skilful....I would recommend Intercity Removals to anyone .... they made my moving day remarkably stress free ! Thanks guys.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish, would recommend this company to any one. They moved me from South Wales to the North East of England, and were professional and lovely the whole time. I genuinely want to tell everyone how good this company is, they made the stress of moving so much easier, with great communication, friendly staff and fantastic movers. The team did a great job on my removal and storage - it was so worth the extra cost for the packing service too - everything was packed up into the van so quickly! All my belongings arrived safely in Cardiff after a few weeks in storage, and the workers helped me with a couple of fiddly jobs too at either end.
The office staff were really helpful and efficient, and I'd definitely recommend this company - an excellent job done by great people.

We used intercity removals for a relocation from South Wales to Devon. The whole process from quote to completion was super easy and efficient ! Anna was a great help on the admin side and on moving day, despite really warm weather, the 3 chaps who moved us were great. Everything was loaded and packaged safely and nothing was too much trouble at the other end either. Great value compared to come astronomical quotes we had but delivered an A* service. Thanks for making it such an easy part of our move !

Intercity Removals were fantastic handling our removal at the beginning of July. The staff in the office were friendly and very helpful and were very accommodating to agree a removal date even though there were some delays with the purchase process. The representatives visited our home on time to assess our furniture and gave helpful suggestions on what we could do to help the move go smoothly.

On the removal day, the team arrived promptly and began work immediately. They were friendly and quick and nothing was too much trouble. They completed their loading early and were on time to arrive at our new house to unload.


I would not hesitate to recommend Intercity to anyone moving. Their prices are very reasonable and the staff and men are friendly and very efficient. They eased the stress and helped the day go very smoothly.

I used intercity Removals when I moved from the UK to Sweden and from the first contact to the packing and handling of my belongings they were excellent.
They helped me with all the paperwork as well as making sure that I was kept updated throughout the move.
