Excellent Service by Valentino and Jack, they were very quick, clean and careful with their loading and unpacking. Great Service and Great Guys and a very organised Company. Highly recommended

A big thank you to everyone at Intercity Removals ,the lovely ladies in the office were so helpful and friendly and the actual removal team Viorel, Cristodor and Ionut worked so hard they made it look easy they worked very quickly and efficiently and took a lot of the stress from us they were polite and respectful .We would recommend Intercity removals to anybody looking for a removal team.

Great service from start to finish and very reasonably priced. The lads moving my furniture etc were efficient, arrived on time and took great care with it all, especially the tricky items too. Overall very happy.

I could not have asked for an easier, more straightforward, move. All the staff I dealt with were polite, courteous and extremely helpful. They kept me informed all the way from the time I first contacted them for a quote right through to the actual move itself.
I first chose Intercity Removals because, when I spoke with Claire in the office, she was not pushy or overbearing, but seemed to genuinely care about my requirements. She made me feel at ease and reassured me throughout the process. I subsequently spoke with the supervisor (whose name I cannot recall) and George, the owner both of whom were efficient and professional. Finally, the team who came on the day of the move, headed by Jon, were amazing. They arrived punctually and worked quickly and efficiently. So much so that the entire move only took 4 hours, which included over 2 hours travelling time!
I would highly recommend this company as this really was the best move I ever made. Thank you to everyone at Intercity Removals.

Firstly Anna, our contact for arrangements, was very helpful, patient and kind - as we couldn't confirm our move until about 3 days before it happened! Luke and his team arrived on time and we were away by 12. Unfortunately we were last in the chain so couldn't get into our new house until about 4.30. Luke said "we're here for as long as it takes", which was very reassuring. The team worked very hard and fast and got us in asap - like Anna very friendly and kind. Clearly a good team and culture at Intercity and I'd certainly recommend them.

Excellent experience with intercity removals, from the initial quote, check-in and check backs after the move the office staff were friendly, knowledgable and great to deal with.

On moving day Mihai, Raduta and Pawel were brilliant! Arriving on time, they set straight to work and were super speedy clearing my flat - but always taking care and asking questions throughout.
Moving into my new house again they were so quick and went above and beyond to make sure that everything got in despite a tight fit.
They were extremely friendy, proffessional and polite and ultimately very very kind, when I was extremely stressed.
My sister reccomended them after her move and I am so glad she did,

Move days can be very stressful, but the brilliant crew made up of Cristi, Rechinu, Puiu, Dani and Adrian, made it so much easier.
They were friendly, professional and very reassuring; they even helped our seller move his last few items, so as not to cause an issue getting their van on the drive the other end, keeping tempers at bay.
Priceless really.
They worked like real troopers, unloading a huge 18 ton van, and 2 big transits. I don't know where they got their energy from, I really don't.
A very fit and full of energy team that kept us going too.
Thank you guys, we waved you off with an exhausted smile on our faces and would highly recommend you to anyone wanting to move.

Well, what can I say!! Excellent! I moved from Wales to Wiltshire on 30th September. It has been such a troublesome and devastatingly time for so many. The gentleman who helped with my move, made life so much easier with such amazing banter!! Their sense of humour and interaction with us was second to none!! Laughter is good for the spirit and soul. They were an absolute tonic. I wish it could be bottled. As well as that, they worked so incredibly hard. I salute and thank you both so much from the bottom of my heart to the top. Moved from Newport to Reading and the move went really smooth! Valentino and Dani were super helpful and friendly and put me right at ease as I was very stressed out already!

Adrian, Florian and Mihai were cheerful and efficient. If there was a problem they sorted it. Support from Grace at HQ was reassuring and warm.

Vali, Stuart and Luke were the best, so friendly and helpful they made us feel more relaxed at a stressful time. And then before we knew it, everything was packed in the vans and we were ready to go. Even more efficient at the end of the journey, they quickly and safely moved us into our new home. We have been unpacking all our fragile items, not a single bit of damage. They are the professionals, get them in to do your move!

Intercity are SUPERB. At every stage of the process; flexible, warm, supportive and highly professional. They made such a difference to us throughout. Cannot recommend highly enough. Everything was great with my move. Radu and George, both of them have been fantastic. They are fast, careful, and fully problem-solvers. We had some fitting problems at the destination address, and they helped us with their experiences to move forward. From Bristol to Cardiff our move was something as simple as an IKEA delivery thanks to Radu and George, and of course the Intercity Removal.

The price was reasonable (the lowest among some other 5 companies at their first quotation!) I fully recommend.

I had to do a cross-country ~450 km move at one week's notice, and Intercity Removals were excellent throughout. Grace took my request and ironed out the details, making sure they had the vehicle size and class available on the date and time I required - even though there was not time for a virtual or in-person assessment. Grace organised the move over two days, which was our preference so we could get up to our new house without rushing.

The removal men that arrived to load the van, Bryon and Puiu, were brilliant at their job and were courteous throughout. They wrapped any furniture that they felt needed any extra reinforcement and were extremely understanding when taking care of several fragile, large house plants and mirrors we had to move. Everything was loaded into the van (about 3/4 of a Luton van of material) within an hour - they worked very hard and very fast, whilst packing everything safely and securely with no damage.

Bryon unloaded the van the following morning, asking for each item where we would like it placed in the new home. He did numerous trips up the stairs with heavy furniture and never once complained.

Overall, the service was excellent and everything was successfully removed damage-free, all at a very competitive price. Would absolutely use this company again.

Spot on service, great bunch of boys with good banter. Would definitely recommend.
