Al vele jaren boeken wij ons vakantie-adres via Interhome. En steeds met volle tevredenheid. Een zeer betrouwbaar bedrijf.

Ook de zoekfuncties zijn overzichtelijk en duidelijk. En de gegeven informatie over de adressen is volledig en uitgebreid. Zeer aanbevolen. Recommended!

Ik was met Britse vrienden op vakantie, maar het leek me goed dit ook op de Nederlandse pagina van trustpilot te delen. Daarom hieronder een kopie van de recensie van een van mijn vrienden.

Bait and Switch scam! We booked an Airbnb 8 months in advance for a music festival in town. To be given a different address for the accommodation a couple weeks before our stay. Not only was the apartment not in the advertised location, it was in a completely different town! Changing our commute to the festival from a 30 minute walk, to a 3 hour walk. Interhome refused to take any responsibility. They blamed Airbnb for the error even though Interhome are in charge of submitting and checking the information on the listing. Interhome refused to cancel our booking for a full refund even though we were missold. They then stopped replying to all our messages immediately when we clocked the scam. Airbnb stepped in and cancelled the booking for us with a full refund. We managed to book accommodation with a different host. When we arrived in town we realised the address Interhome gave us for the Airbnb was the address of their office in town and not the actual accommodation. Never ever heard anything from Interhome regarding this.
Our friends stayed in the same town also in an Interhome property. Reported their property didn’t even have a front door handle meaning they had to fight with their front door for up to an hour every time they arrived back at their accommodation to get into the property.

Avoid Interhome properties at all cost! They take your money and run!!! Not an honest company at all

Alles gaat heel vlot.

Overzichtelijke en duidelijke website.
Maar aandachtspunt : het is onmogelijk om een kortingscode in te voeren ( Pasar ). Dit is niet de eerste maal dat wij dit probleem hebben !
Na telefonisch contact ( deze persoon was niet op hoogte van de 5% Pasar korting ) moesten we alles per mail te bevestigen. Men beloofde spoedig terug te koppelen.
Wellicht gezien de eindejaarsperiode kwam er geen reactie. Na het versturen van een herinnering werd er deze maal prompt gereageerd en kon de boeking, met korting, gefinaliseerd worden.

Het ging heel vlot om te boeken, dank u

de mevrouw aan de telefoon was heel behulpzaam, zocht alles op, gaf duidelijke richtlijnen en bleef ons helpen met de glimlach (dat voelde je gewoon)

Eenvoudig in gebruik en betrouwbaar

Alles verloopt vlot, zoals het hoort.
