I have booked with Interhome for many years. Interhome staff is friendly, polite, and efficient. I can highly recommend Interhome.

Ich bin extrem enttäuscht von Interhome. Meine bereits gebuchte Reise wurde einfach storniert – ohne ausreichende Begründung und ohne vernünftige Unterstützung oder Lösungsvorschläge. So ein Umgang mit Kunden ist absolut inakzeptabel.

Die gesamte Erfahrung war stressig, frustrierend und völlig unnötig. Man verlässt sich auf eine Buchung, plant alles – und dann wird sie einfach einseitig gestrichen.

Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, über diese Plattform zu buchen. Wer sich Ärger, Unsicherheit und Enttäuschung ersparen möchte, sollte lieber einen anderen Anbieter wählen.

Für mich steht fest: Nie wieder Interhome.

Easy to get around the site and book the accommodation.

We used this company in 2025 when we needed several properties in Calpe. Their booking process is easy and the office staff were very helpful.
For that reason we are using them again. I booked only yesterday for October 2026. We are very happy to recommend them as a trustworthy company.

I booked a villa in Croatia with Interhome and four days later received an email informing me that "due to overbooking" the property was no longer available. Also saying they are holding an alternative property for me for two days and i should check out the link. The link was just to their website, no actual property. I replied immediately and didn't hear from them for six hours. I checked my account and the booking there still showed in green as confirmed. After another unsucessful attempt to contact a representative, I gave up and cancelled, since I was eager to not lose another alternative villa I had found on Booking. My bad for choosing to try Interhome as opposed to the tried and tested Booking or Airbnb, which I have been using for years - not without problems, but when they arose, the hosts and both companies were very proactive in solving them.

Sehr gute Organisation der Buchung und gute Angaben wie Wegbeschreibung,Schlüsselübergabe und sonstige Details zur Ferienunterkunft.Ich bin sehr zufrieden und habe bereits für 2026 wieder über Interhome gebucht.

INTERHOME promotes accommodations with fake photos and descriptions on Booking and other platforms.
We were scammed out of our money, and we had a horrible vacation because of their lies. When we filed complaints and asked for a refund, they ignored us. We have submitted a report to the authorities, and we hope they will get what they deserve!!!!!!

The process guided me through some complex (for me) places for completing the process. And the other 98% of the process was very clear.

Heel fijn contact met de host, denk mee en is zeer vriendelijk.
Accommodatie ook van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeker een aanrader.
