Still waiting for a program that allows students to walk through a VR Building Information Model (BIM). Thanks!

For the most part the classes are informative and helpful. However, the training sessions are graphically awkward and user unfriendly. It gets frustrating having to follow the exact step by step process in order to complete a simple task. It gets redundant!

Learning a lot of things

Stuff is great 3D stuff does not work all the time.

Everything was great until we signed and paid for the year , then the support went downhill.

It has been a long road to success in getting employees the training they needed in the commercial world of building maintenance. In a total facilities maintenance world, you are taking care of a small city. Interplay has been doing a super fantastic job in making that happen. From the ground to the top of the structure.

Always so helpful and willing to meet on zoom for questions

I have done a ton of research in this arena. I believe that it is proven todays generation needs training in a different way than the generation of yesterday and Interplay provides this through virtual capabilities. The materials available here are current and relative to all trades in the big 4 or 5 (HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry as well as respectable safety courses) our trade (public facility maintenance) is a unique combination of some of all of these and they do a good job or representing it that is not available for this price point anywhere else. There is some room for improvements in the reporting capabilities and the filtering of the catalog courses for a desired outcome, but again I go back to the price point, all of the basics are there. Let's not forget what I think makes this platform a 5 star candidate which is the highly responsive customer service group.
