Upon checking in I was not allowed to get the $139 a week deal that I saw online when I got there I was told that the room I have is a different room when I can clearly look on line and see that it is the same exact room. Being a resident for almost 3 months I think I'm qualified to say this is easily one of the top three worst places I have ever stayed. The staff is nice but the conditions are horrible. This has to be where they get the term roach motel from. Early this morning I woke up to a roach crawling on my arm. Couldn't get back to sleep so I started packing my things I said this is it it just so happened to be my last day thank the universe. I have seen pest control come by at least three times they gave me some sticky traps for the bugs and I looked into this morning they had to be 20 or more roaches in the little sticky trap gross isn't the word. On top of that you cannot get in contact with corporate and when you do it's going to be in an email and they deflect the matter as if they were a soccer goalie. I have stayed at other in towns they were nowhere near this bad they weren't even bad mom was rather good one out of the seven I probably stay InTown suites needs a complete renovation of the way they handle customer matters of several of their motels I have nothing else to say

Smoke, other guest makes too much noise, not able to sleep after the hard day work

I've been traveling nearly two years and have never experienced this! I arrived at 7:03 p.m. after a long day of travelling to Chesapeake, Virginia where I had a nearly one-months reservation at In Town Suites. I was looking forward to retiring in my air conditioned room, taking a bath, eating the fast food I had purchased and vegging out in front of the T. V. To my astonishment, after ringing the bell, I was told they "closed" at 7:00 p.m. First of all, why would a hotel lobby be closed? Especially so early? But even so, they couldn't be flexible for three minutes? I was told I was not allowed in and I would have to make other arrangements to sleep elsewhere. Is it just me? Or does this sound logical to anyone else? I thought I was in the Twilight Zone. Naturally I cancelled my reservation, but was penalized for a nights stay plus fees. A word to the wise should be sufficient.

The cable has been out for more than a week without explanation as to why. None of the staff or even management has an answer to when it will be fixed they all say "I don't know when they'll fix it". They have not given any discount at all and I pay for cable that doesn't work going on two weeks now.

The InTown Suites, located on Baytree Road, has very RACIST and UNPROFESSIONAL management. Peggy, the manager, is rude, racist against white men. I have listened to her totally disrespect guest and threaten to evict them based on a imagined violation.
There is drug dealing and prostitution, in which Peggy allows. People are creating loud noises at 2 AM, but these people are not kicked out. I had to pay Peggy, Rod, and housekeeper money and chocolates and when I refused to pay them, I was asked to leave, without me doing any wrong; I am another white that was kicked out without a reason given. I complained about how filthy the sheets are, the floors, and carpet is, and how two pair of white socks were ruined. Peggy acts like she is a dictator and should not be in the position of management. She told me not to let anyone know that I give cash and gifts to her because it is against policy, but she took the money, nonetheless.
I have been discriminated against and my civil rights have been violated and I am filing a federal civil rights complaint, 1983, against In Town Suite Corporation.
I was threatened on an occasion and propositioned by one of the housekeepers who has four children by four different "men". On two occasions, I was charged $30.00 extra dollars because I was at work at 1PM deadline, but the office does not open until 11AM. There are many bugs and spiders in the rooms, but if you address the matter, they threaten to kick you out without just cause.
RUN! RUN! RUN! Because these people: Peggy, Ericka, and Rod violate many, many, civil rights of the residents. If you have experienced similar experiences, call me because our civil rights do matter and we can file a class action suit: Allen Carlton, 229-305-3750.

Would give negative stars if possible. Disgusting rooms. Horrible customer service. Stayed back in May & I still haven’t gotten my security deposit back. Won’t even provide proof of refund. Police suggest I just press charges at this point.

What's wrong with this place? What's right with this place is easier to answer!

The photos are completely different to when you see it in person. The doors are all punch damaged making it a awfully scary check in to start with. The room was filthy, nothing like the photos at all. The water came out dirty coloured. The people walking around the building looked like drug addicts. We felt highly unsafe.

We checked straight out, the lovely staff assuring us that we'd get a refund & apologising for how we felt.

Until once we left the US, they ignored all calls, all emails, keep taking money from our bank.

AVOID this scamming, catfishing hotel at all costs! Save your money, we got a great air bnb for not much more in a better safer location, with clear water, no cockroches, no crack head neighbors, cuttellery, clean bedding...

Absolute terrible hotel - stayed for 1 night in the west palm location in February checked out asap as there was scary people in the corridors & making noise all night/ our room had a broken window / cockroaches in the beds & so many other issues - the manager promised a refund which we never got - they have ignored every email & you can’t get through on the phone, my bank tried to get the money back & couldn’t so I’m almost £700 out of pocket the hotel even tried to take more out of my bank which was blocked by my bank ABSOLUTE SCAM DO NOT STAY HERE X

In the past four months, our tenancy at Intown Suites has been characterized by punctual payments and a complete absence of disturbances. Our neighbor, the overnight staff member, can attest to this fact, being our sole neighbor due to our corner unit positioning.

Despite our consistent adherence to the terms of our agreement, the defendant Louanne the general manager at 6067 Buford Highway Norcross Ga 30071 , representing Intown Suites, unjustly refused our payment before my departure for work, unfairly threatening us with a late fee. When we attempted to rectify the situation by making payment later, we were met with an unwarranted eviction threat. I firmly reminded the defendant of the legal requirement for a court order to effect eviction, to which she chillingly responded with the notion of fabricating grounds for our removal.

Subsequently, she proceeded to concoct baseless allegations of rule violations, specifically citing harassment of other guests—an outright falsehood. This egregious act of deception was motivated solely by a desire to circumvent landlord-tenant laws. Notably, this individual failed to furnish us with any written rules until today, further evidence of her capricious behavior.

I am pursuing legal action for the entirety of the $6500 paid to Intown Suites, a sum reflective of our wrongful and fraudulent eviction, which left us without shelter. The complicity of corporate management in this travesty is evident, as they have disregarded our pleas for justice, failing to respond or intervene. Despite the absence of any substantiating evidence of wrongdoing, they have allowed their staff to act with impunity.

Fortunately, we possess a corroborating statement from the overnight staff member, attesting to our impeccable conduct throughout our tenancy. This travesty was not merely a misguided attempt to enforce rules but a calculated effort to silence dissent and maintain unchecked authority. It is imperative that we seek restitution and accountability for the injustice we have endured.

The worst hotel management 6067 Buford Highway Norcross GA. The woman who is the general manager is rude. She lies on guest and she is never in the office doing her job. She lied and said that we were disturbing other guest and threatening people with no evidence then the overnight staff guy who stays next door to me even was like she a liar they put the wrong people in management. He like you have never cause an issue I barely even hear you . I have reached out to corporate several times and they keep referring me to the general manager who is the manager and person the complaint is against so they don’t care about their guest or how there hotels are managed. I pay my rent on time every week so if I was a disturbance or I broke a rule it would have been happened before today like one thing I hate is a liar. She makes up things because of the tenant landlord law in Georgia to try and find a loop hole to put out guest who are smart and challenges her. Reaching out to upper management has been proven to be useless. They simply don’t care she even at one refused to give me her managers name this is unacceptable and you should avoid this hotel chain because if they allow this at one of their hotels then as they say the apple don’t fall too far from the tree

Disgusting, infestation with insects and cockroaches and bed bugs.
Our experienced during our stay in Intown Suites 13125Fm 1960 West Houston, TX 77065.
We made booking through booking.com website for eight nights starting from 11th of November until 18th of November.
The room given to us had infestation of insects and cockroaches.
We attempted to resolve the issues we had with our booking in Houston at your site with no help at all.

On arrival we got the keys and when We came back at night to sleep and find out the condition of the room was extremely poor and unhygienic.
we find insects crawling everywhere in the room including bed sheets, shelves, pillows sheets, carpet and in toilet we made contact with the out of our contact number at your site and one of hotel management person came to a room to have a look we showed him the insects and the pictures as well which we have taken earlier, he was not able to help us in any way or form he was not able to clear the room or offer us any other room to sleep for that night.
We slept in the room as have no other options unfortunately but in the morning few of us did have insect bite and rashes on their back.
We collected over stuff and left the room
The room which we had looked and booked through website was completely different to what we were offered on site.
Team at Property was not able to help us at all with infestation in room which have insects and cockroaches. Carpet is extremely dirty and had strong smell of fungus and dampness.
we were informed staff can't even change our room or do anything to clean the room.
We had no option other than leaving room along with our stuff and live in other place as the room was not in liveable condition and extreme hazard to stay longer.
Even at the time of checkout we showed staff add reception the pictures but unable to receive any assistance or help or even an offer to change our room.
It cost us extreme distress and inconvenience during our stay.
we left the room after 2 days out of 8 days booking but they charged us full and have no courtesy to refund I have contacted they many times by email but its pathetic they don`t have courtesy to reply to apologise, refund and compensation of inconvenience and distressed caused during our stay in Houston at intown suites.

Room was always serviced. Manager of the facility was always available. If need of anything this hotel makes sure you are accommodated. Staff respectfully and Amazing! Ms. Melinda is always there no matter what time of day- she makes sure her guest are taken care of! Kudos to the Snellville Location!!!!!

I was in Florida visiting, & due to it being last minute, I booked this place. Starting w/ the fact, the rooms didn't look ANYTHING like online. Got there, seen the room, tried to book somewhere else because it was utterly gross, but couldn't get a reservation due to every where being booked. Accepted that room, & it went downhill from there. Me & my son barely stayed there because it was so gross, meaning, our first room smelled, dry stains on the carpet, nothing was wiped, I had to clean my room & it was filthy, holes in the wall, LITERATLLY. Ended up asking for another room because we started to scratch, & the pipes smelled of bodily fluids. Got our second room & it was just as bad as the first. This time, we had urine stains in our sheets. I never got disrespectful or rude, or talked to the manager in a disrespectful tone, UNTIL, he belittled me for asking for clean sheets. I asked this man for clean sheets & told him his staff isn't cleaning the rooms, & he immediately got aggressive, so I got jiggy back. Called board of health on this place, took them a day or two to even go out there to view those rooms, of course they didn't view the room we was in, so they figured nothing was wrong. I have called & complained on that location & that manager there, because he treated me like sh**. I never got my money back, no one called to say "hey sorry for sleeping on soiled sheets" or anything. I wouldn't recommend this place to a crack head. I got pictures & videos of both rooms. Its sad because all I wanted, was my money back, but nope, the entire company itself said "f*** the customers"...

I have stayed with in town suites now on a few occasions. I have to say that I go to the same one everytime because they keep any riffraff out of their hotel they r articles but not over stricken and I like that I feel safe everytime I stay their. Feels like home at times.
