Inspectas did a fantastic job removing bamboo from the garden of a property I purchased. They were extremely professional, consistently aligning with my requirements, availability, and needs. They surveyed the property before I purchased it, assessed the extent of the bamboo, and advised me on the available options, which helped me make an informed decision and gave me peace of mind to proceed with the purchase. Once I completed the purchase, they stayed in touch and quickly removed the bamboo in a highly professional manner. I contacted these guys because I spotted what I thought might be knotweed in my neighbours garden close to my border. I sent a pic, and then some better detailed ones, which Connor viewed, and then assured me it was NOT knotweed / which was a huge relief! What struck me though was how responsive and assuring Connor was, and there was no cost, ie no attempt to leave doubt and try and weasel an unnecessary survey. So thanks Connor. Absolute legend!

I contacted Inspectas for a quote to remove quite a big area of black bamboo that had started to "run" and was lifting several paving slabs in the garden. Andrew, the Director/General Manager visited and as promised, a full report and quote was emailed within 2 days. The quote was a fixed price and almost 50% less than a competitor had quoted me, and included 3-4 follow up visits to double check the bamboo was completely gone, and a 10 year guarantee.

The whole process from start to finish was exemplary and made what was a stressful time for me, (the unexpected expense, and not knowing the extent of the bamboo roots) so much easier. The communication was excellent-every one of my emails was answered the same day.

We were assigned Connor and Vlad and they were amazing. They were professional, courteous, and hard working. They took time to explain what was happening and to give me feedback on progress and, if there were potential issues, they reassured me that they'd find a work around. They managed to manually pull out the bamboo roots under my lovely Judas tree, so it didn't have to be dug out and risk dying. They tidied up at the end of every day. It rained ALL day on one day, and they were wet through, but there was no complaining, they just carried on regardless. You can tell that they take a pride in their work and are happy working for the company.

If anybody has an issue with their bamboo starting to run and wants to have it completely dug out, I would highly recommend Inspectas.

I called Inspectas for some advice on bamboo growing on my property. Andrew was really helpful over the phone, and arranged a free survey (other companies I looked at were charging circa £300 for an initial survey). Connor came round and did the survey. He advised that the steps we'd taken already should be enough to stop any further growth and didn't think we needed it treating or excavating professionally. That honesty was appreciated and tells me a lot about Inspectas. I'd definitely recommend them based on my experience.

The building survey report addressed a suspected presence of the Japanese Knotweed and we were red alarmed whehter or not to proceed with the purchase of the property. Whilst we received a quote of £200-300 to visit the property for a specialist survey from other companies, Andrew asked me to send the photos from the surveyor and confirmed it is a bindweed which is commonly miskaken for a Japanese Knotweed. After a valuation of my property suggested the possibility of the presence of Japanese Knotweed I called Inspectas in to conduct a survey. A conservationist working next door to my 95 year old aunt said he thought she had Japanese Knotweed in the garden. Not living in the area I looked for someone local and found Andrew Ford. His response to my enquiry was both professional and friendly and I warmed to him immediately. He was very accommodating with the date and admission to the property in that he had to make arrangements via a neighbour as my aunt has dementia. All this was taken on with no fuss and the wonderful news that in fact she didn't have Japanese Knotweed just some invasive bindweed. This was such a good result both from a cost and disruption point of view as I understand the treatment takes some time.
