We needed to have a site we owned inspected for suspected minor Japanese Knotweed presence prior to commencement of our new buildingand were recommended to talk to Inspectas Land Remediation. They made the whole experience very painless. They carried out an inspection, proposed treatment options, provided a very detailed estimate of costs for each option including an insurance backed guarantee and commenced the selected 3 year treatment almost immediately. We found the Inspectas team to be extremely professional, helpful and easy to deal with.

Inspectas has been nothing but professional right from my initial interaction with them. I was in urgent need for a PCA accredited company to help me irradiate a Japanese knotweed infestation at my property, as this was holding up my remortgage application.

We are currently in the second year of Japanese Knotweed treatment at our property and feel that Inspectas has been helpful and have got the job done. They were helpful in the beginning identifying the weeds and drawing up a report about them for us that was detailed and precise. So far the process seems to be effective as the persistent weeds haven't returned.
