DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF OUTSIDE THE EU

I recently placed an order for an item I could have bought in the US but which was discounted on this website and "appeared" to be cheaper even with intenrational shipping. However, upon delivery I was asked to pay over $100 to have the item delivered, which was never clearly stated when I checked out and ended up making the item even more expensive than had I ordered directly from anyone in the US. I refused the parcel initially as I tried to negotiate with the customer service and understand even why the customs charge was being applied. When they finally got back to me days later to say that they would not help at all with the customs charge and that "their website states that customs duties MAY be charged and were the responsibility of the customer" I offered to pay the customs fee if they could reroute the package back to me. Instead they allowed the package to be returned to them and instead of issuing a full refund, only issued a partial refund with over $130 missing, which is beyond what the stated shipping charge even was. I just want to have them ship the item back so that I am not paying for an item I never received but so far they have refused to work with me on resending the item. If they know customs duties are going to be applied for international shipments they need to state this clearly in their website so a customer can consider this charge when checking out and not be surprised by it later. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE And SCAMMY WEBSITE!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Again my main qualm is the wording of "MAY BE" charged a customs charge rather than a definitive, "YOU WILL BE" charged. The fact that this is not clear makes it a HUGE surprise to the customer and their lack of accountability for misrepresenting this information is what myself and numerous other customers have issue with. In addition, the item I ordered should have not been subject to as high of a customs charge and there was absolutely no transparency as to how this was calculated. Until these systemic issues are fixed, this company is a complete scam, probably getting some kickback from UPS.

We are concerned to read your statements describing our company as a “scam.” We must clearly state that such allegations are unfounded and inaccurate. We are a legitimate business operating transparently and in full compliance with all applicable regulations. Publicly labeling a company as fraudulent without factual basis is a serious matter and may have legal consequences.
Regarding your order, we would like to reiterate that, prior to purchase, our website clearly indicates that shipments outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are determined exclusively by the destination country’s customs authorities and are entirely outside of our control. For this reason, they are correctly described as charges that may apply, as they are not imposed by us nor predictable in advance.
As is standard with international shipping, customs fees must be paid within the timeframe established by the courier. In your case, the parcel was already in the return process by the time you confirmed your willingness to pay, and at that stage rerouting is not possible under courier policies.
Once the parcel was returned to us, a refund was issued in accordance with our terms and conditions. The deducted amount reflects return shipping costs and handling fees incurred due to the refusal of the shipment.
We understand that unexpected customs charges can be frustrating. However, we cannot accept claims that misrepresent our business practices or suggest misconduct where none has occurred.

Ottima esperienza

Ho acquistato uno zaino North Face a un prezzo davvero ottimo e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta dall’esperienza.
La gestione dell’ordine è stata chiara e ben documentata in ogni fase, con aggiornamenti puntuali.
Anche la spedizione è stata veloce e senza problemi.
Consiglio sicuramente il sito e acquisterei di nuovo.

Consegna pessima!

Ho trovato quello che cercavo ad un prezzo giusto, pagando la consegna 24/48 ore con sovrapprezzo. Purtoppo inutilmente perchè il pacco è arrivato una settimana dopo.

La ringraziamo per la sua recensione e siamo spiacenti per le tempistiche di spedizione.
L’ordine è stato regolarmente affidato al corriere GLS secondo le tempistiche standard indicate. Purtroppo, in questo caso, la gestione del pacco da parte del corriere ha richiesto più giorni del previsto, causando il ritardo nella consegna. Durante tutta la fase di spedizione abbiamo cercato di tenerla aggiornata con le informazioni che ci venivano comunicate dal servizio di spedizione.
Ci scusiamo per l’inconveniente e ci auguriamo di poterle offrire un servizio migliore per futuri acquisti,

Ordine mai ricevuto

Effettuato un ordine con consegna 10 giorni, dopo 20 non è mai arrivato nulla. Contatto con l'azienda solo tramite form sul sito. Se non chiedi spiegazioni lasciano il tuo ordine in stato "preparazione" senza mai aggiornarti sugli eventuali ritardi. Zero trasparenza. Pessimo e opaco servizio. Lasciate perdere.
