The sales experience was genuinely exceptional, responsive, professional, and attentive. We visited the facility and felt confident we had found a long-term supplier.
Then the order arrived.
Upon inspection of 25% of the batch, we found systemic contamination with insects embedded directly into the material on 93% of the sheets inspected, extrusion irregularities across the majority of the order, incorrect cuts, and surface defects throughout. This from a company holding both ISO 9001 and FDA certifications.
When concerns were raised, the only response was that it would be noted for the next order. A full refund was eventually issued after significant follow-up, which speaks for itself.
What followed was equally disappointing. Despite agreeing to retrieve the merchandise, iPoly abandoned the process entirely, leaving us with 2,200 lbs of defective material on our property, resulting in additional costs, significant loss of time, and major production delays.
We cannot, under any circumstances, recommend iPoly as a supplier.

Edit : To be fully transparent, we charged them the disposal of the defective material, and they went through with the payment of it.
