If I could give 0 stars I would. Arse don’t know what the elbow is doing! Job application was a waste of time. One minute you’re shortlisted, the next, the vacancy no longer exists. Joke of an organisation, but judging by the reviews on here, I’ve had a lucky escape.

NONSTOP CALLING / emailing / texting about my university experience genuinely verging on harassment. Not professional at all and I would seriously recommend they urgently amend their approach in soliciting survey responses.

IPSOS surveys are a SCAM !!!

They "disqualify" you after answering all of the questions on most of their surveys !!!

He estado utilizando Ipsos iSay y, en general ,complentar encuestas funciona bien .Sin embargo ,mi experiencia con los pagos ha sido muy negativa. Solicite un pago de 15 euros hace mas de tres meses y todvia no lo he recibido .Ademas ya he enviado un correo al soporte y no he recebido ninguna respuesta .Por el momento no puedo recomendar la plataforma debido a este problema

This is a total con to get your information . They hook you in with an advertisement on social media but first you need to register. You register with lots of details, but then you can’t find that original survey that you had signed up for. And then you get notified each time that none of the other surveys are applicable. But now they have all the details that they were looking for.

I want to tell people about the scam that Ipsos Interactive and Rakuten Insight are doing. This is not just a mistake. It is a plan to take peoples information without paying them for it.

I just spent a time giving my thoughts on a Survey. I answered all the questions. Gave them lots of details that big companies usually pay a lot of money for.

Here is what happened:
When I finished the survey they got all the information they wanted from me like how money my family makes and what I buy. Then after completing the survey they showed me a screen that said I got 0 points.

This is a trick. They make you think you will get something for taking the survey. Then they do not give you anything. They take all your information. Do not pay you for it. This is not right. They are taking peoples work and information without paying them.

My opinion is that Ipsos Interactive and Rakuten Insight are not a company. They take peoples information. Sell it to big companies, like Nestlé. They do not care about the people who take the surveys. They just want to make money from the information they get. Do not waste your time on this website. They do not think your time is worth anything. They make money from the information they take from you. Ipsos Interactive and Rakuten Insight are companies that take advantage of people.

Compared to other survey websites, this platform is extremely racially biased and shady as shit. I don’t recommend waiting to cash out. They’ll suspend your account or stop sending surveys if you cash out more than 2 times in a week or put a cap how much they want to pay you.

Ich bin jetzt seit ca. einem Monat angemeldet und habe noch keine einzige Einladung zu einer Umfrage bekommen. Ziemlich unnötig, dass ich mich überhaupt angemeldet habe.

Denk je eraan van hier te gaan werken? Doe het NIET. Ze houden je aan het lijntje en danken je af als ze weer nieuwe mensen hebben. Check het aantal vacatures op de VDAB website.

De supervisors doen hun best en zijn behulpzaam. Behalve Ines. Voor haar is niets goed. Haar eigen onprofessionele houding, met afspraken die ze nooit nakomt, doet ze af als "vergeten" of schuift ze door naar een ander. Of ze dreigt dat je niet gaat uitbetaald worden. Ik ben er zelf gestopt, omwille van dat laatste.

Ik werk nu bij GFK. Hetzelfde werk. Dezelfde voordelen. Maar ik word er gewaardeerd en ondersteund in een uitstekend team.

Zonder van tevoren te waarschuwen moet je er zelf achter komen dat je niet meer mee mag doen en je punten niet mag inwisselen naar wat jij wilt

Je trouve ça juste trop facile et scandaleux.
J'ai créé mon compte sur ce site afin de pouvoir réaliser quelques sondages et obtenir des récompenses, une fois arrivée à 1000 points, plus aucun sondage.
Après quelques jours, je me dis "bon, pas grave, je vais au moins réclamer ma récompense de la carte cadeau à 10€"
Je me disais bien que c'était un peu trop beau seulement 1000 pts pour des cartes à 10€, comparé aux autres sites de sondage, c'est vraiment très, voire trop facile à avoir.
Je tente donc de cliquer sur "échanger la récompense" et rien, ça me dirige vers la page descriptive de la récompense. (Etant dev web, il s'avère qu'aucun bouton n'est prévu dans le code de la page pour demander la récompense une fois sur le descriptif.)
Pour résumer : ça vous fait juste miroiter, et perdre du temps.
Je les contacte afin de savoir pourquoi je ne peux donc pas retirer mon gain, et la réponse, au bout de 3 tentatives :
"Malheureusement, nous avons récemment constaté que votre profil de membre ne correspond pas à nos exigences actuelles. Nous nous efforçons d'équilibrer les besoins de nos membres, qui partagent généreusement leurs points de vue, et de nos clients, qui comptent sur nos recherches pour prendre des décisions éclairées.

C'est pourquoi, après une réflexion approfondie, et en accord avec notre Politique de confidentialité, et nos Conditions générales, nous avons décidé de désactiver votre compte."

Site à éviter de toute urgence malgré le fait que "IPSOS" ça prête à la confiance, mais voilà ce qui se passera une fois que vous aurez réalisé leurs "sondages"
Certes c'est pas une tâche très complexe (quand vous vous ne vous faites pas renvoyer du sondage une fois que vous avez passé 10 minutes à répondre aux questions, et le tout, sans récompense)
Finalité : Compte désactivé, gains perdus (de toute façon, fictifs) et temps perdu aussi.

Après avoir travaillé pendant des jours, j'ai envoyé des e-MAILS pour me faire récompenser pour les points obtenus. Mes demandes par courriels sont restées sans suite.
Est-ce possible, cela?

Absolutely scam. Did surveys from ipsos and more than once disqualified in the middle of survey. They don't give credit for the time spent for answering their survey, not a single cent. Better close your tab when you see ipsos on address bar.

Ich habe schon mehrmals an der Umfrage teilgenommen, sie in 20 Minuten ausgefüllt, und am Ende gibt es immer ein Problem. Einmal wäre es ja noch okay, aber es ist schon mehrmals passiert, und leider habe ich meine Punkte nicht erhalten. Langsam habe ich das Gefühl, meine Zeit verschwendet zu haben. Sie müssen dringend eine Lösung finden.

All seemed good at first. After I'd reached enough points to get £5 in vouchers I kept going and got to just under £10. Then the surveys stopped. I thought no problem I'll just cash in the £5. It wouldn't let me. I messaged them through their website and they emailed stating the vouchers were in stock but offered no support. You can't reply to them so I had to fill in another form online reiterating I couldn't redeem my points. They replied saying they had decided to terminate my account.

I can only conclude this is therefore a scam.

je réponds aux enquêtes sur les colis chaque vendredi depuis plusieurs semaines ; j'ai acquis 91 points et je n'arrive pas à obtenir le lien pour transformer ces points en bons amazon comme auparavant; je ne sais plus vers qui m'adresser merci pour votre attention
