This is an outsourced payroll and accounting compnay. They write and send the checks for one of the tenants at a property I own. One of my checks did not arrive this month. Probably msiplaced in the mail or a clerical error. I can not reach the company to find out what hapened to the check and to request a replacement. I have been trying to contact them for two weeks and no one answers the phone or returns my voicemails.
