l'accoglienza e' stata ottima anche l'interprete Ida molto gentile e disponibile l'intervento e' andato bene e vedro' i risultati piu' avanti nel complesso sono stato assistito bene dall'inizio alla partenza.

A quasi un mese dal trapianto tutto bene. Hotel molto bello, interprete che ti segue in ogni fase dell'operazione e anche il giorno dopo per la medicazione. Personale molto gentile, e assistenza italiana soddisfacente che mi assiste ad ogni mia domanda. Aspettiamo le tempistiche comunicate per vedere i risultati, ma ad ora tutto ok

Gianmarco e tutta l’equipe sono persone professionali e disponibili. I risultati del trapianto sono stati eccezionali, consiglio a chi vuole di recarsi presso di loro perché sono il top.

Ho effettuato un trapianto di capelli presso Euro Istanbul l’11 marzo, ma purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata tutt’altro che soddisfacente.

Dal punto di vista tecnico, avevo espressamente richiesto un’attaccatura bassa, una necessità che avevo ribadito più volte prima del mio arrivo in clinica. Il giorno dell’intervento, il medico aveva inizialmente disegnato una linea che rispettava le mie aspettative. Tuttavia, dopo la rasatura, la linea è stata modificata senza che mi venisse mostrata o chiesto il consenso, cosa che invece è stata fatta con altri pazienti. Al termine dell’operazione, mi sono accorto che l’attaccatura era molto più alta rispetto a quanto concordato e, con il tempo, ho notato anche una chiara asimmetria.

Un altro aspetto estremamente deludente è stato il livello igienico-sanitario della clinica, che mi è sembrato inadeguato per un intervento medico. La sala operatoria non mi è sembrata particolarmente pulita: il lettino era scomodo e privo di lenzuola usa e getta, con solo un piccolo cuscino monouso. Durante l’intervento, più persone entravano ed uscivano dalla stanza con la porta aperta e con le scarpe, compreso l’interprete, che non indossava né camice né mascherina. Addirittura, ho visto lo stesso interprete aiutare un infermiere a lavare qualcosa con una flebo, una scena che mi ha lasciato molto perplesso.

La conferma della scarsa attenzione all’igiene è arrivata il giorno successivo, quando sono stato riportato nella stessa stanza per il primo lavaggio dei capelli. Per raggiungere il lavandino, ho dovuto attraversare l’area operatoria dove, in quel momento, si stava svolgendo un altro intervento. È assurdo pensare che si faccia entrare un paziente appena operato in una stanza in cui si sta eseguendo un’altra procedura! L’unico aspetto positivo è che almeno ogni volta che entravano ed uscivano si cambiavano i guanti.

Nel complesso, la mia esperienza è stata negativa sia per il risultato estetico del trapianto sia per le condizioni igieniche della clinica. Mi aspettavo molta più professionalità e attenzione, specialmente considerando l’importanza di questo tipo di intervento

Dopo il secondo trapianto i risultati spero che arrivino. Quindi avrò modo di giudicare. Ottimo il trattamento e l organizzazione locale. Purtroppo molto scarsa l’assistenza italiana .

About a month ago, I contacted a company from Turkey called «Euro Istanbul Clinic» over the internet. I made an agreement with them for 28 implant treatments of my teeth, travel, accommodation, i.e. a full package, for 3,950 Euros and made my payment. Thereupon, I came Turkey from the United States. I was placed in a hotel contracted with the company in Turkey and my treatment process began. Within a few days I was told that I would have to wait for the appropriate size abatman (bridge piers) to be found. In the 2nd week, feet (abatmans/dental stakes) were nailed to my teeth and I started to wait. After my dental wounds healed a little, I tried to contact the agency, but they told me that I had to pay an additional 3,900 Euros for the dental implants to be installed, otherwise they could not help. Meanwhile, since the process was taking longer, I was told that I had to leave the hotel and I settled in another hotel with my own means. also paid separately for the hotel that the agency/company supposedly arranged for me and which was included in the package.) Now, with the help and knowledge of my own consulate, we have filed a criminal complaint against the relevant company. I believe that this agency will be given the punishment it deserves as a result of a fair trial. Those who read me here should never trust this company and should not experience the same victimization

I had spend a week in Istanbul and done 6abs, lipo and holywood smile surgeries . Due to their experience knowledge and professionalsm this team is well organised , punctually and always on what s up if anything is needed at any time .
I highly recommand Euro Istanbul to anyone who wants to take in consideration any surgeries in Turkey .

Mi sono affidata ad Euro istanbul rivolgendomi al referente italiano Gian Marco Polistena che è colui che mi ha guidata dall'inizio, organizzando tutto quanto al meglio per sottopormi all'intervento di liposuzione Vaser 4D ed aumento del seno.. che cosa dire? tutto organizzato alla perfezione, ho preferito fare ad Istanbul per risparmiare un po e vedere la città. Ti seguono davvero in tutto, dai trasferimenti fino al giorno dell'intervento, il chirurgo molto professionale, l'ospedale moderno e molto ben organizzato.. potete andare tranquilli!

I took this trip and a chance traveled from Florida to do my eyes and my husband a hair transplant. We first communicated with Eve and she was such a pleasure we immediately fell into a long lasting "like you" relationship which just intensified when we met Basar and Levent! they were exceptionally great! attentive, knowledge and professional!!! our experience with this company was a 10 STAR!!! I would do it again!! they answer calls and text in a timely manner and they make sure tour experience is professional and memorable! the providers used are knowledge and pleasant!!! the results are amazing! I highly recommend and appreciate this group of highly trained and super pleasant and accommodating individuals! thumbs up!

I had a gastric sleeve and a hair transplant with this company, I couldn’t fault them, they were by my side from start to finish. Everything went well and I have a full head of hair and I have lost 5 stone in 7 months. Would definitely recommend. Basir and Eve were excellent.

I was told it would be better in 6 months, well it’s nearly 6 months and I still have brusing on my back and a lovely thick scar on my stomach, which looks horrendous, so much for getting told it would be a fine scar. Plus I paid for a BBL and was told it didn’t work, wasn’t offered a refund, just got ignored. I would look at other companies as this company just want your money and don’t care about the patient.

My partner went for a BBL,lipo and was advised to get a tummy tuck. BBL hasn’t worked and was told she didn’t have enough fat. The tummy tuck didn’t go well either and was told her skin wouldn’t stretch enough, leaving a bigger scar than expected, her back is still sore and bruised after 3 months. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

I got a hair transplant and had full Dental work done. I had a great experience with both. Başar and Martha were my point of contact and they were both excellent people, they made sure I was comfortable and assured me I was in good hands. They were true to their word, I stayed in a 5 star hotel and they personally picked me up and dropped me off. Both dental and medical facilities were top notch. I had my work done on 06/2023 and returned 01/2024 to complete my dental implant. I continue to receive compliments.

The entire experience with Dr. Ayberk Akcay was nothing short of amazing! I have never had plastic surgery before and travelling from UK to Turkey on my own, was quite daunting at first. However, from the minute I landed in Turkey I was looked after his team and everyone was constantly checking in with me, to ensure I knew exactly what was happening and when.

Everyone was extremely prompt and helpful. Dr. Ayberk is absolutely amazing, he was so lovely and re-assuring, he listened to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered that and more. He checked in with me continuously following the surgery and his team have been providing fabulous aftercare too. I am so pleased with my results!
The hotel was immaculate and the whole experience was absolutely life changing. In fact, I am currently planning my next procedure and I wouldn't go to anyone else other than Dr Ayberk Akcay!

A very good plastic surgeon, follow-up of patients, a surgeon team that constantly motivates them with a smiling face, they are very successful, thank you for Surgeon Akif Ayberk Akçay and team.

To start with I was given a link to pay and it stated the amount agreed but when I checked my bank it was about £300 more. I was getting a bbl with liposuction but Doctor Ayberk Akcay advised I get a tummy tuck. He said it will be a small scar at the bottom of my tummy, so I agreed, however I have a massive scar from hip to hip and up to my belly button and the scar is not even tidy. It looks horrible I would show you beforeand after pictures but it won't let me leave my email address. He has basically butchered me and I am devastated. I would avoid this company no matter what. I'm sure there are other genuine clinics in Turkey that are reliable but I would avoid this company as you do not want left with the scars that I have. There is no aftercare whatsoever as I have asked to speak to the surgeon and ask him why he done what he done to me but no reply. They have my money and don't care!! Please be aware of this company!

Dopo circa 1 anno di costose terapie rigenerative mi sono interessato al trapianto di capelli in quanto non stavo riscontrando miglioramenti soddisfacenti. Navigando in rete mi sono fatto un'idea del percorso da seguire e dei relativi costi del servizio. Mi sono subito accorto che il costo dello stesso servizio erogato in Italia, in Turchia costava mediamente meno della metà e la cosa mi ha stimolato ad approfondire. L'offerta che mi sono trovato davanti era vasta e ho contattato un paio di aziende attive in Turchia. Dopo aver parlato con Gian Marco ho concluso la mia ricerca. Infatti, ho trovato una persona molto preparata e disponibile. Dopo avergli spiegato i trattamenti che stavo facendo mi ha dato delle informazioni che molti dottori tendono ad evitare di dare, in modo molto scorretto, per ovvie ragioni economiche. Gian Marco mi ha spiegato in pochi minuti tutto quello di cui necessitavo e dopo un paio di giorni di riflessione ho bloccato assieme a lui la data per l'intervento. Dopo aver acquistato autonomamente i biglietti del volo mi sono state mandate tutte le informazioni, anche logistiche, per organizzare il viaggio al meglio. A Istanbul ho trovato tutto come da descrizione, transfer ok, hotel super, traduttrice turco-italiano disponibile e personale sanitario in clinica preparato. La clinica era a pochi passi dall'hotel e dopo un'abbondante colazione alle 10:00 ero già stato preparato per l'intervento (esami, firme burocratiche, fotografie di prassi). Il trapianto di 4.000 UF non è stata una cosa veloce, infatti il tutto si è concluso intorno alle 16:00 dopo un trattamento PRP fattomi direttamente in clinica. Non mi dilungo sul trattamento sanitario in quanto non sono del settore e non vorrei dire inesattezze, tengo solo a precisare che in Italia mi è capitato di vedere realtà ospedaliere molto meno organizzate. Tengo a precisare questo aspetto in quanto era una delle cose che inizialmente mi bloccavano nella scelta. Ad ogni modo alle 17:00 ero in hotel, ho usufruito del servizio in camera e ho evitato di uscire, sia per tutelare il lavoro svolto che per un indolenzimento generale. Il dolore è stato risolto con un antidolorifico datomi in clinica, come il resto della terapia spiegatami attraverso la traduttrice. Il giorno successivo ho fatto il controllo con il primo lavaggio accurato fattomi in clinica dal personale sanitario. Il mattino del giorno successivo il transfer mi ha portato in aeroporto per il ritorno. Al rientro ho avuto l'assistenza quotidiana di Gian Marco, premetto che erano i giorni di ferragosto, che mi seguito ad ogni lavaggio dandomi le risposte di cui necessitavo. A distanza di 5 mesi mi sento di dare un giudizio MOLTO POSITIVO anche a seguito di un risultato assai soddisfacente. Ho seguito alla lettera le indicazioni fornite e non posso che complimentarmi con Gian Marco ed il suo staff per il servizio che offrono. L'unico consiglio che mi sento di dare ai dubbiosi è di fare un colpo di telefono a Gian Marco per rendersi conto della veridicità delle mie parole!
