I had a combination of BBL, 360 liposuction, and a tummy tuck at AKM Clinic, and I can honestly say it has been a life-changing experience. From the very beginning, everything was planned in such a professional and organized way. The team made me feel comfortable, informed, and supported at every step. I was quite nervous before the surgery, but they took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped me relax. The procedure itself went smoothly, and the care I received afterward was exceptional. The medical team checked on me regularly and made sure I was healing properly and comfortably. Recovery is definitely a process with these procedures, but I felt well-guided the entire time. Even though I still have some swelling, I can already see a huge difference in my body shape. My waist is more defined, my abdomen is much flatter, and the overall contour looks so much more balanced and feminine. The results look natural and exactly what I was hoping for. What I appreciated most was the honesty and professionalism of the team; there was no pressure, just genuine care and attention to my goals. I’m so happy I chose AKM Clinic and would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering body contouring procedures. I’m excited to see my final results as the healing continues.

I had procedures to cauterize the veins in my face, as well as fillers and Botox. I was happy with the fillers and Botox, but it turns out they burst my veins while cauterizing them. My face has been in a terrible state for months and it's not getting any better. Absolutely do not go for vein cauterization; your face will be ruined, you'll lose both your money and your face. I definitely do not recommend it!

In November 2025 I underwent a facelift at AKM Clinic and I couldn’t be happier with the results and the overall experience. From the initial consultation to the final follow-up, the level of care was really high.
​Dr. Goknil was really amazed me.I was looking for a refreshed, natural appearance rather than a "pulled" look, and she delivered exactly that. The precision of the work is incredible; the incisions are nearly invisible, and the contouring of my jawline and neck has taken years off my appearance while still looking entirely like "me." Their expertise and calm bedside manner immediately put me at ease.

Hi my name is Elizabeth and I had on November 5th a facelift, neck-lift and eyelids procedures in AKM clinic . And honestly so far so good I am 100% happy with the results . And it’s not easy to go to Turkish by yourself , but thanks to all the teams in AKM made me feel confident,like I was in my house comfortable , secure special Emine she is beyond of her care , she is an amazing human being and always she is there to text you back right away . Sometime I forgot the difference of time between Turkish and my country and I used to text her , and she always texted me back . I know each patients are different, but I had some contact with real patients from AKM and they are 109% satisfies with theirs procedure from the beginning to end . Oh I also want to mention the drivers and the hotel is everything true, Hotel beautiful, nice view yummy breakfast.

Warning – This doctor is dangerous and operates under a false identity.

Due to ongoing legal action against him, we have confirmed that he is not using his real name. His actual name is Akif Mahmadov - he says is turkish and uses a turkish name. This deception alone should be a major red flag.

In 2018, he injected us with a substance he claimed was hyaluronic acid. He assured us it would dissolve within five years. That was a lie. Years later, we discovered he had used a biopolymer — a substance that was already banned at the time. We also found out that he didn’t even obtain it from a registered medical supplier. To this day, we don’t know what exactly he put into our bodies.

He is not officially registered or authorized to perform these kinds of procedures in Turkey. Several legal cases are currently underway against him.

What followed for us was years of physical and emotional suffering, countless medical complications, and in my case, life-threatening inflammation. This man has caused irreparable harm for money, with no sense of responsibility or remorse. And we are not his only victims.

Let this be a clear warning: Stay away. This man is a liar who will put your health and life at risk for his own profit.
