In my honest opinion Creditfix service with passing information within the relevant company department is poor, causing communication breakdow. This is why I've rated 1 star.

A real help bit early to tell how the dmp will go but lots of help

Credit Fix have made my IVA process very simple and are extremely supportive when any issues arise. I was unable to work for a few months earlier this year and Credit Fix couldn’t be more helpful, they allowed me to take payment breaks until my situation changed which reduced my stress of being unable to make my payments. They will also accommodate if your personal circumstances change, reviewing affordability and adjusting payments in line with your monthly budget.
Can’t recommend them enough.
