We appreciated the non pushy sales! It enabled us to discuss the car and make a decision at our leisure. Didn’t even try to force an extended warranty (although we took it anyway!). Would recommend.

Callum at Ivybridge Trade Centre was super helpful, calm and friendly when I bought my car. He gave straightforward information and answered all my questions which put me at ease. I particularly liked how we got to inspect and test drive the car on our own, it gave us good time to calmly test things and make decisions without any pressure. Been an interesting few months but you can see, I'm still keeping my 5 star rating!

Unfortunately my car did not make it home from Ivybridge without an issue. The car went into limp mode and had to have the AA come out. A phone call back to Ben on the roadside provided me the opportunity to return the car for repair with a courtesy car being provided.

This was a bit of an ongoing theme with this car for my first 3 months of ownership with the car going into limp mode following repairs with the same fault. However, each time this happened, Matt the manager was incredibly helpful, efficient and open with what was going on and the options for me to have the car repaired at no cost to me or to have my money back were always made clear each time.

Matt was also more than willing for me to chose a garage to send my car to providing the garage were happy to do the work on behalf of Ivybridge Trade. This brought me peace of mind knowing it was at a garage I trusted.

3 months later with the vehicle going in and out of garages and the issue is now resolved. Not only that, but Matt was more than willing to reinstate my 1 years warranty so that I hadn't missed out on any coverage whilst I didn't have the car and has also contributed 50% towards a gearbox service for the vehicle too. And to top it all off, I have been give a copy of all the invoices to keep with the rest of my car documents.

Owning my car so far has been far from hassle free (the joys of second hand cars) but Matt, Ben and the team at Ivybridge Trade Centre has made the entire experience stress free and I look forward to returning for another car when this one eventually dies for good!

Most garages would not accept responsibility for breakdowns after the car has left the forecourt and will divert you through the warranty company but Ivybridge Trade Centre have been incredibly helpful. Honestly couldn't recommend them enough!

I had a fantastic experience buying my VW Polo from ivybridge trade centre. The salesman Callum was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress free, no pressure just genuine friendly service.

It was the cheapest car in the whole of the South West when I was researching for similar spec and mileage. The car has exceeded my expectations and I’m very happy with its performance and my overall service.

I recently visited this dealership after booking in to view two cars. My appointment had been confirmed via email for 10:30 in the morning, and I travelled all the way from Cornwall specifically to see these vehicles. When I arrived, I was told that one of the cars had already been sold. No one had contacted me beforehand to let me know, despite the confirmation I had received.

Although the staff apologised, it did not feel sincere, and they seemed dismissive of the inconvenience caused. I had been particularly interested in the car that was sold, so the lack of communication and indifference towards the situation was very frustrating. Making a long journey with my 2 year old daughter only to find disappointment and bad customer service will ensure I never visit again.

Very pleased with the service and I love my new Touareg, it was looking amazing for collection and is still going strong a year later, I would recommend!

Last week before I knew Ivybridge Trade Centre a bit better I gave them a 5 star rating. HOWEVER they didn’t deserve a 5 star so I deleted it !! I was very disappointed yesterday for many reasons “ buying a used car from here…. “
They should have been forth coming about Was the car stolen, imported, had H.P on it, …. Very POOR SERVICE I PAID £14,00 for these DETAILS !! I looked after my car very well and it was serviced only 3 mons ago BUT THE CAR I BOUGHT WASNT EVEN SERVICED !! Only MOT was done, and only 3 months warranty !! No AFTER CARE OFFERED LIKE WITH OTHER GARAGES LIKE EXAMPLE :- 12 months tax …. Which was ONLY £35.00 p. a !!!!! I left MORE PETROL IN MY CAR !!!! Also as an incentive as after care for a used car not unusual to have MOT price covered for 2 years aswell as 2 years service…. THEY CERTAINLY DIDNT PUT THEIRSELVES OUT WHEN YOU BUY A USED CAR !!!! And My friend said your car had ALL GRASS CUTTING’S ON IT FROM THEM CUTTING THE GRASS …. My friend said they SHOULD HAVE CLEANED IT OFF SINCE THE HOSE WAS OUT ANYWAY !!!! I HAD TO GET MY CAR CLEANED ON THE WAY HOME !!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!! My son today also said “ ITS NOT VERY CLEAN MIM UNDER THE BONNET !!! Obviously NOT PRISTINE !!! 😔😏
