Same as other reviews. They approached me with information saying that my rates were about to increase by 30% and that in fact I have been paying too much already. they could help as over 60% of my business premises is display areas and corridors. they said You don't have to pay as higher rates on these areas. rubbish. Turns out that after an inspection by rates people I have to pay more as these areas are a higher value than a workshop space. After they got my payment I couldn't get any response from them. Scam company, avoid!!!

Scam business - Avoid

BE VERY AWARE - this company approached us about reducing our business rates, they visited us back in August 2023, they told us that the previous company had done nothing and convinced us by showing us the Government Gateway, we had a 'gentle reminder' beginning September that we owed them money which we paid - since then NOTHING, we have sent numerous emails, the phone number doesnt work either. Their 'office' is an open space that you can rent a room or desk from as I called the Company on the billboard - I did google maps and went on street view.

Be very weary of this company, they approach you very softly advising how they can help reduce Business Rate costs, they are very persuasive in doing so, they also mention there will be no charge unless the achieve there goal of a reduction.
This is all nonsense, within a week of their first visit I was threatened with legal action unless I paid there invoice, which at that point hadn't even been sent to me. Then when I followed up about it, I was basically told I would have to pay or debt collectors would be involved. In the interest of reducing my business rates, I did so, £1250 paid.
Since then, I have heard nothing from them, they are unresponsive to my emails and their phone number does not accept calls.
To make everything worse, my business rates were increased and not reduced.
