The drive who brought our dog to us from the airport was an angel. Great service!

They were very helpful and promptly answered all my questions and concerns- particularly Alex who was in charge of clearing my pet on the day of our flight! Also, my pet was cleared more quickly than anticipated which was great.

My wife, cat and I moved to.Latvia. The team at James cargo were great. We were anxious about the trip but JC helped all the way with the correct paper work etc. Dave (Marcys driver) arrived on time to pick Marcy up and was very friendly and kind. It was a very good experience. Thanks team JC.

absolutely amazing service , i cant praise them enough, the team from beginning to end were remarkable, friendly professional, informative and kept my nerves at ease.

JCS were phenomenal in their assistance – over the course of nearly six months – to get my pet juvenile musk turtle from the UK to Italy. The team were incredibly responsive, and assisted with all the documentation needed for travel, as well as putting us in touch with parties on the other end to make sure that my CITES-protected little friend made it there safely.

Where things went wrong, such as British Airways "forgetting" to attach essential documentation to the animal's crate, the team were on the phones and emails immediately to attempt to resolve the situation. We were kept informed at every stage with a helping hand and a pleasant attitude. Would certainly recommend to anyone that needs to move their pet overseas.

Couldn’t say in words how wonderful the service and care we got from the beginning of my dogs landing at Heathrow to having them picked up and delivered by them to our home in Shanklin, Ilse of Wight
I would never hesitate to use them for my dogs and anyone who loves their pets should use the right company who cares as much as we do about our 4 legged kids

Excellent service, very efficient, my dogs were treated really well! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if I ever decided to move internationally again!

They aren't very thorough with the details. While we were being polite in trying to resolve an issue, a team member got argumentative and hostile. While they got the job done, and the issue was eventually resolved when other team members stepped in, being treated like that while we were paying good money wasn't a nice experience.

We moved our rescue cat Béla from Korea to the UK - a thoroughly harrowing and confusing journey for the little dude. Throughout the whole lead up to the move to the day he arrived and we picked him up, the folks at James Cargo were nothing but helpful, empathetic, and all around lovely. Béla was processed quickly and taken great care of. I think it's a testament to the quality of care he received that, by the next morning, he's already settled, sleepy, and on his way to being his old self again. Great service. Genuinely hope I never have to use it again. Five stars.

I'm so glad James Cargo Services was recommended to me when flying our 2 dogs from Barbados to the UK. We had a very worrying time on the Barbados side, but I knew once the plane landed at Heathrow, our beloved babies would be in great hands and we'd be informed as to how they were, every step of the way. A huge relief at such a worrying and stressful time. Communication was absolutely fantastic, reassuring, helpful and calming. I can't recommend them highly enough and am so very grateful.

I have to say, I’m mighty impressed by the services of Global Pet Relocation and James Cargo Services.
At the beginning, I believed it was going to be such a mammoth task for us to take our 3 yo GRD, Luke, from Bangalore to Norwich. From the expense to physically taking him there, it was not going to be easy. We strived to search for the best pet relocation services and fortunately we found Global Pet Relocation. The team took us through the whole process and answered all our questions patiently. And we had many many questions 😅. They helped us through the titre test, getting the perfect crate for Luke, the paper work involved. All my anxiety was starting to go away. The day came and they picked up Luke from home. We were all very much worried about how Luke is going to be throughout his journey. Friends, family, colleagues…everyone asked where Luke had reached and thanks to the Global Pet Relocation and folks of James Cargo Services who let us know through mails and pictures where Luke is in his journey. He was so happy when he was reunited with his Acchan in Norwich after 3 months apart all thanks to such wonderful people. You can make out that they don’t see it as only work but are actually involved with the pets and love them too. If you want to transport your pet anywhere in the world, do not hesitate to choose the best. In the end, the family should stay together ❤️

We transported our 2 dogs from Hong Kong to London and James Cargo were very efficient and helpful. It can be quite a stressful process but JC were really quick to respond to my queries and put my mind at rest.
Once my dogs arrived in the UK they informed me that they had arrived safely and what the next steps were. They were really good with regular updates.
The driver who delivered our dogs was friendly and helped to make sure we got the dogs out of the crates safely, as one can be prone to running off if given the chance.
The dogs arrived happy and didn’t seem at all stressed by the long journey they had just undertaken.
This is the second time we have used JC and we have never had a problem and highly recommend their services.

Best service for transporting dogs. My 3 dogs travel from Canada to UK without issues and I'm happy that they travelled safely and arrived at my house. It's easy as well with them to manage customs and make sure I can give them my pets and find them in my new house.

The friendly and efficient staff at James Cargo services helped us navigate the difficult task of all the documents etc to get our dog Hunter cleared and back in the UK from Tanzania. Phone calls and emails were always answered promptly and we were always given correct and good advice. I can highly recommend their services. We have a happy boy with his happy dog back home!

I can't say enough about James Cargo Services after flying my dog Gracie from Miami to Manchester UK. I was extremely nervous but the wonderful Morgan & Georgina were so compassionate keeping me up to date via emails & phone calls of her every move when they could. Great communication and incredibly understanding and compassionate staff. 5 stars all the way. Highly recommend
