Brilliant Shona Dobbie
James Hay are lucky enough to employ a truly brilliant lady called Shona Dobbie, whose customer experience skills are outstanding.
Shona listened carefully and pro-actively to the challenging situation I described, and then she took real ownership of all the problems.
Shona's communication skills are first rate...but more than that she is resolute, persistent, honest and kindly. Everything she promised to sort out..she did, and to a very high standard.
Thank you so much Shona - and to James Hay... I hope you realise and appreciate what a gem you have in this lady !
