Bei Japanwelt steht der Kunde im Mittelpunkt - Service und Support sind hervorragend!!! Dies findet man nicht allzu oft - auch die Bestellabwicklung ist einfach und es werden alle Zahlungsmöglichkeiten angeboten - einfacher geht Onlineshopping nicht.

Wenn man hier anfängt zu stöbern, dann kann man nicht mehr aufhören! Habe mir ein wunderschönes Teeset gekauft und den Tee auch gleich noch bestellt. Meine Fragen zu den Teesorten wurden promt beantwortet. Die Qualität ist wirklich hervorragend. Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell. Auf jeden Fall werde ich wieder bestellen.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von Japanwelt und den Produkten. Es werden auch alle wichtigen Zahlungsmöglichkeiten angeboten: PayPal, Sofort Überweisung, Visa und Rechnung. Einfach ginial; ich bin richtig begeistert!

Seit den letzten paar Monaten kaufe ich ab und zu ein paar schöne Sachen rund um die Kimmidolls. Ich bin mit Japanwelt sehr zufrieden. Ich finde die Preise und Qualität vollkommen in Ordnung.
Für alle die auf japanische Einrichtung und Dekoration stehen, kann ich den Shop nur empfehlen.
ich komme aus Asien und freue mich hier auch „heimische“ Artikel kaufen zu können.

Very bad services.
I only had really bad services with Japanwelt. My girl and me decided to buy a japanese futon for our home. We had some doubts so we contact Japanwelt, they replied our email very fast answering the question. So far so good.
At the end we decided to get a 160x200 futon and pay 30€ for the delivery. After a called from the delivery service and schedule a time to be at home, the guy came on a completely different day and hour without even notify it.
"Fortunately" my girl was at home at that moment. But he didn't want to get the futon all the floors up. He wanted to get another 30€ in cash for that.... My girl said that we already paid that, but he didn´t talk any english at all, so he left the futon on the building landing area and he left....
Of course my girl couldn't get it up, so the futon was on the landing area the whole day until I got to home and I put it up.

After this I try to contact Futonwelt to know why happen that and get my 30€ back (2 emails + 2 calls) but they didn't reply to any of my emails and they just hang out my calls when I was calling...

Definitely not worthing at all buying at this shop. If you are lucky and everything works, then good for you. But if you have any problems after the buy, you can forget about your money. There is no costumer service after they get the money.

Hi,

Unfortunately, I have to disagree with that too.

In your web section "Shipping" (english) there is no information about that, only prices and timings. So everybody would expect a delivery until your home. At least I've personally never seen a delivery until the ground floor… It makes no sense for me.
I've just checked your Terms and Conditions in your website - they are from April 2009, and there is not such information that you just wrote. You can check it by yourself.
Maybe there are more than one Terms and Conditions.

I've sent two emails after the problem, the first one was written on the 06/02/2014 at 16:33:16 titled "Unpleasant delivery". The second email was written on the 11/02/2014 at 11:34:00, with the same name. Please, look for them, or I can resend them to you. After that were the calls. And after that I also tried to get in contact to you through Paypal, but I couldn't make it through them.

So I made my effort to try to solve this before I posted this.

Japanwelt ist ein Online Shop mit sehr schönen Möbeln und Betten aus dem asiatischen Bereich. Ich habe schnell gefunden was ich gesucht habe. Die Lieferung hat auch nicht sonderlich lange gedauert. Die Möbel sind klasse und machen einen guten Eindruck in meiner Wohnung.

Aufgrund meiner Allergien, muß ich auf Naturstoffe umsatteln. Die Beratung in verschiedenen Läden war sehr dürftig..... nicht so bei Japanwelt! Am Telefon wurde ich gut und freundlich beraten und konnte mir in deren Büroräumen, persönlich die Tatamis und Futons im Querschnitt ansehen.Und mit eigenen Augen sehen, was drinne ist. Mir wurde alles toll und anschaulich erklärt und nun bin ich eine sehr zufriedene, asiatisch eingerichtete Neukundin. Lieferung und Preis Top.

nach meinem Asien-Urlaub bin ich auf den Geschmack gekommen und wollte auch zu Hause ein Futon mit Tatami haben. Bei Japanwelt hab ich alles gefunden. Ich hatte noch ein paar Fragen, die mir alle gut am Telefon erklärt wurden. Die Lieferung ging schnell und unkompliziert... Einfach toll!
Empfehlung!!

Ich habe hier ein paar Sachen eingekauft und bin sehr zufrieden. Es kam alles in dem geplanten Lieferzeitraum an und der Preis ist auch gut. Die gekauften Sachen sind sehr hochwertig und waren keine billigen Produkte.

Ich kann die Meinung des Vorredners nicht teilen, bei mir kam die Lieferung promt und der Kunden-service war bemüht und nett. Danke. Klasse Shop Empfehlung für jeden Japanfan. Gruss Claudia

Mitte Mai bestellt mit ca. 2 Wochen Lieferzeit. Nach drei Wochen funkstille hab ich mal angerufen, die Liefrung verzögert sich wegen Feiertagen und so. Unfähige Spedition. Heute ist der 3.7. und ich hab keine Ahnung wann die Ware kommt. Japanwelt reagiert nicht auf e-Mails.

Super grosse Produktauswahl, viele Bezahlmethoden und nettes Servicepersonal. Ich habe ein Futon und Paravent gekauft und bin überglücklich! Klasse, weiter so.
