I just want to give an update on a dispute raised by my bank.
My bank had all the evidence of the scam and were more than happy to go ahead and dispute the payment and fortunately I received a reverse of the payment for the purchase from this company. They are a scam company, so l warn everyone to NOT BUY anything from them.

I ordered a pair of lightweight pants 2 months ago and am still waiting for them even though they have charged my Visa card. The tracking number given doesn’t exist and there has been no communication with me, even after I have sent 3 emails. Don’t buy from this company as I am not sure if it is a scam or not.

I am only giving this company one star so my review gets published to warn other buyers. I ordered a woman's trouser suit on the 6 August. I am still waiting! However they charged my VISA card on the day of ordering PLUS an overseas transaction fee. Strange for a company that state they are MELBOURNE based! I wish I had checked Trust pilot before I ordered and saved myself hours on the phone to VISA trying to get a refund. Stay away from this scammer.

Fake website - scam phone number. Address doesn't exist. Fake "The Age" front page article on Facebook. Posts on Facebook to get buyers, then deletes the posts. Bags were not as advertised. Contacted bank and consumer affairs. Eventually got refund.

Scam site ordered two items over two months ago! Tried to call phone conveniently disconnected! Tried to email can’t contact them! Parasites taken and give nothing back but misery! 0/10

I also ordered a Quilted Tote Bag like one of the other reviewers and paid $50 + postage. What arrived was a cheap, stamped pastic - cottony feeling bag, not quilted at all, no pockets (which were advertised) and quite frankly, bags you find near the auto checkout of your local supermarket are higher quality and only cost a few dollars.

The stated address of the business is bogus. I know because I frequent the Chapel st area and can confirm no such shop exists at the listed address.

If you want this business' contact details, use your favourite AI to find it, just supply the website URL and let it do its research. A number and address in Germany pops up.

DO NOT buy from this fake business. All communication was an AI response when I emailed them.

After ordering some pants 6 weeks ago, I still not have received any goods. Have had apology emails telling me that my pants have been shipped and they want to get this right etc etc. There goes my money. There should be some way these people are held responsible for fraud and AFP and ACCC should be on the lookout for these scammers.

I ordered a lovely dress and shirt from Jarah Melbourne on 8 August. These items have still not arrived and on tracking it shows they are waiting to be transported. The company got back to me twice, once to say that it had arrived (I don’t know where they mean) and another time they say they have handed the package to Australia Post and gave me a tracking number but could not help me any further. I have asked for a refund, but have not heard back from them. From other reviews I have seen of this company I suggest nobody orders from them.

The pants I ordered were very different from those displayed on the website. They were made of poor quality fabric. Despite all being labelled the same size that I ordered, only one pair out of five fits. All requests as to how to do an exchange or get a refund have been ignored. I suggest that people avoid purchasing from them.

Ordered 4 August. Items have not arrived. Emailed them twice. Told me to track for myself. When I tried I was directed to a company that only deals with refridgerated goods. Complete waste of time on top of loss of money and no goods. Would not touch this spam company with a barge pole.

Hi I am unable to Contact Jarah-Melbourne. Have tried two different email addresses and Messenger with no response.
My order paid for on 04/08/2026 has not arrived.
And I do not know why.
I am going to commence reporting the transaction to my bank to try to recover the money paid.

This company is an absolute scam .... didn't even receive my item of clothing, and no reply from the sellers ...

The product I received did not match the description of what I ordered. It should have been a quilted artisan bag. I received a canvas screen printed bag. Certainly not worth the money I paid. Nice words do not fix the problem. Very disappointed and upset with the whole experience. Just as well they are closing down, but will probably show up again with a new name.

Product ordered looks nothing like advertised product.Paid about $50 and item which took over 5 weeks to come from China (1 to 2 weeks was supposed delivery time)and would probably have cost less tham $5 to make.
Calling scam on this.Avoid.
Says that you can send the product back but you have to send it back to China.

Unfortunanly I didn’t read reviews before purchasing. As others have said. This site is a scam.

I believe this clothing store is a scam. I bought two pairs of casual pants which were on sale. I was told the material was a cotton/linen blend when I enquired by email prior to purchase. I thought I was buying an Australian product with material sourced internationally. I only discovered the items were being shipped from China once I paid. It took 4 weeks for the items to arrive. I received them today and will be attempting to return them. Obviously not cotton/linen, cheap, low quality material - definitely not as advertised. Do not recommend

I purchased, what I thought was a beautiful, brightly coloured embroidered bee, stars and daisy tote bag for my daughter’s birthday. It cost me over $50 including postage. What arrived was a very dull, uninspiring stamped bag made of a course cotton with a plastic lining. I complained and after apologies, I was offered a special discount if I would accept. The discount turned out to be 25% off my next purchase. Well that certainly will be a discount that I will never receive as I would certainly never trust the company again.

If there is a minus Zero, this the review I am giving. This company is a scam. They advertise for a quilted bag and charged me $53.00. The bag that came is not quilted at all. It is a colourful PLASTIC print of flowers and a black plastic lining. It is so inferior, I couldn't even use it for fish shopping. They offered me a $20.00 refund which was an insult. Being so mad, I gave it away so I don't see it anymore. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not buy from here. The claim of quilted and padded is rubbish. They will email you with all nice words and to trust them but DO NOT! Keep any emails, take photos of what is advertised and photos of the rubbish you receive (if you receive it). I did get my money back through bank dispute.
