Light was broken in transit. I emailed customer service and was told they would follow it up and 2 weeks later I am still waiting on a response.

Easy to order

Easy to order, spoke to someone on the phone and they gave me excellent advise withe the selection of Led downlights.

Too slow

The order took 2 weeks to leave the warehouse and it has been over as week in transit. I still haven't received the item. The electrician has come and gone and will have to pay him to come out a second time. Reassess your courier.
